Wattpad rants
I think it is unfair when people say "vote for my story and I will vote for yours!" That isnt wattpad is about, it isnt all about votes, I think a vote should be rewarded if you think the story deserves it. Not just because your friends with that person, that is unfair! I also think a lot of stories have so many votes simply because of asking for votes, because I see stories with hundreds of votes, but then there is spelling mistakes in every paragraph, and loads of grammar mistakes, which I hink is unfair to other users whose work has no mistakes but then only has eight votes because they don't ask for votes.
I am quiet disappointed that the share your story club has been removed, it is so much harder to get stories noticed without it! That was the best way for users to get their stories noticed, now its gone :(
I find it quite annoying when people say they will critique all of your story if you do theirs first. So you spend ages writing long detailed comments on all of their twelve or more chapters and they don't bother to critique your story, which is only two chapters! I also find it quite annoying when people say they will critique your story and then they comment one or two words...That really is not a critique!
Rants - Not wattpad relevant
I hate it when you are on a computer just getting on with your work, and then the person next you sits there copying, trying not to make it obvious, but when you can clearly see them! You look at them and then they just look around the room, pretending they weren't even looking in your direction. Even though their work is exactly word for word the same as yours! Then the teachers walks past and says "Well done that is brilliant! Great work!" to the person who copied, and your just sat there thinking...thanks, yes thank you all MY hard work, it is very good. -annoying! -
When your sat on the bus at the very front and there is someone sat at the back listening to their music, but is kindly sharing it with the whole bus since it is that loud!
