Introductions and the Devil

Summer Pov.

Hi my name is Summer Evans I am 23 years old and live with my absolutely crazy, insane and fabulous best friend April. We live in London in a awesome apartment next to our best friends Dan and Phil. I have known Dan since we were little, our parents were really close and we were best friends at school. By the time high school came my family had to move away from London to Australia, it was really hard leaving a socially awkward Dan in school to be eaten alive by bullies. In Australia I met April, she was 2 months older then me, she has long dark brown hair, piercing green eyes and is a small 5'2ft frame. Even though she is small she can pack a punch, I know I got punched the first time I met her for saying she was short.

April and I are exact opposites, April is violent, mental (she needs to see a psychologist) and extremely smart (but not when intoxicated), she is a confident demeanour, but she is very shy at first, but literally don't say she is short. I have long blonde hair with natural waves, blue eyes and a 5'8 ft. height. In Australia I spent my time with my brother playing sports at the beach or surfing with April, we used to enter competitions down near my house seeing I lived on the beachfront (I was better). My brother and I were really close we spent every Wednesday night at the park playing football (soccer); recently he died from skin cancer while in intensive care. It was extremely hard for both April and I as she was his girlfriend and he was my twin.

A few weeks ago April and I moved back to London to escape the tormenting and harsh realities of my brother's death back in Australia. I decided that we should move into an apartment in London to keep ourselves busy, surprisingly my old best friend Dan was our next-door neighbour. I was surprised to see he wasn't that nerdy kid I left back in high school, he was now a famous YouTuber along with his roommate Phil. Did I forget to mention that April and I have a YouTube channel as well called 'just2girls.and.the.internet' we have over 1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS!!!!!! I mean we basically just sit in our rooms and be idiots our do random stuff in public and hope that we don't get arrested.

Currently April and I are getting ready to go to Dan and Phil's household to film a video on their channels me on Dan's and April on Phil's. I searched through my closet in hope to find my favourite t-shirt, I am a complete nerd if you haven't seen from my mass collection of video games and books. "There you are," I exclaim as I see my shirt, I grab a pair of shorts and converses, I let my hair fall out of the messy bun i had previously. I rush out of my room phone and keys in hand to see April lying on the couch attempting to do the worm, which looked like a dying seal with a bad case of the whooping cough. "Get up fatty, we are leaving to Narnia" I say jump on her mid worm, "hey we cant get to Narnia if there is a elephant on top of me" she complains as she wiggles her body underneath me. I casually get up, and brake out into a sprint to avoid any physical contact with the devil (April). I push my legs faster as I see her chasing after me, I turn my head back to face the front as I fell in contact with another body causing me to fall backwards onto my butt. "Hahahah, good job summer" April laughs as she sees me fall to the ground, "shut up you would have fallen too," I complain as she helps me up. I look around to see two boys our age staring at us, "hey sorry for bumping into you I was kind of being chased by the devil, possessing my roommate" I explain, trying not to embarrass my self further then what I have, "no it is all ok" he reassures me, I nod in response, "Summer we should go Dan and Phil are probably waiting" April exclaims and tugs my arm in the direction of their apartment. "Okay umm nice bumping into you" I mumble as I link arms with April and skip down the hall.

*Knock *knock I banged on the door, to our friends apartments, "shut up we are coming" a voice yelled from the other side of the door, I huffed as I awaited for them to let us in. the door slowly creaked open, "finally what took you so long" I said as I strode into the house, with a trailing April behind me. "Well why don't you come in summer make yourself at home" Dan said sarcastically, "hey mister don't sass me, I am the sass master" I said whist I snapped my fingers in a Z formation. "Phil will be out in a second I am just getting the camera ready, also some other You Tubers are coming as well so umm yeah" Dan trailed on as he scratched the back of his head, "that's all good, do you want some help setting up" I asked, seeing as though April seemed to have despaired somewhere, "yeah sure, come this way" he said in his posh accent. I followed him into his room and started setting up the camera and tripod whilst he fixed his room, "so I haven't really talked to you much, what has been happening recently" he questioned, "not much really, just been settling in and getting stuff organized and all that boring stuff" I whined as I put the tripod on a smaller height.

"What have you been up to?" I asked, turning to face him as he made his bed, "well you wouldn't believe it, but I have been social, I know, so two other You Tuber's should be coming, but I think they are a bit late" he chuckled, "or maybe they didn't want to come because you are incapable of function or interacting with other humans" I comment snickering a bit. "Well you wont be laughing when you realise they are real" he retaliated, I put my hands up in mock defence, *knock *knock, "I bet that is them" he commented, "hey man calm your tits I believe you" I said as I followed him out of the room. I jumped on the couch waiting for the arrival of Dan's guests. "Hey Joe, Caspar so nice you could make it " Dan exclaimed, you could literally hear the awkwardness in his voice. "Dan stop being awkward I can hear it from in here" I yelled, giggling to myself, "shut up summer nobody likes your comments" he retorted, I jumped up and made my way to the front entrance, "everybody loves my comments" I say in a calm voice, I look up to see the faces of the two boys I bumped into earlier. "Hey I know you" I said looking at each of them, "oh yeah you're the girl that bumped into us earlier, literally" the smaller one said, "like I said before my roommate is possessed by the devil" I said and put my hands up in defeat. "Don't worry about it," the blonde taller one said, "I am Caspar and this is Joe" he continued, "summer" I relied and put out my hand for him to shake. "Okay now that everyone knows each other lets film" Dan said, not to sound mean but I kind of forgot he was there.
