Zayes

(A/N this is dedicated to @zoe5833 because she asked me to surprise her! Hope you enjoy!)
*ZOE'S POV*
Today was the first day in the job. I was babysitting a boy's sister. His name was Hayes, her name was Skylynn.
I was walking to the house when I heard a whistle. I looked around and saw nobody, so I just kept waking to their house.
Once I got there, I rang the doorbell and a boy with gorgeous light blue eyes and brown hair opened it.
"Hey, you must be Zoe right?"
"Yeah, I'm here to babysit Skylynn?"
"Yep come on in! I'm Hayes by the way. SKY ZOE IS HERE!"
"OKAY IM COMING!"
A little girl, maybe 5 years old walked down the stairs. She was blonde with light brown eyes. She had a brown horse in one hand and the tv remote in the other.
"Hi, I'm Zoe!"
"Hi! You wanna go play horsies?!"
"Okay!"
"Yay lets go! And I'm Sky by the way."
When I was about to go upstairs to her room, Hayes asked for my number. I was shocked. I started to think that this place was filled with surprises. I gave him my number and next thing I know I'm coming into a room with a swing in the middle, pink walls, lots of horses, and drawings of a family.
I studies the drawing. It had four boys and two girls. They all had names under the person. The first on was Chad, I'm guessing that was her dad, the second one was Will, oldest brother, Nash, her brother, Hayes, her youngest brother, Elizabeth, her mom, and ME was the last one. The drawing was so cute!
"Oh that, that's my family." She walked over to where I was and pointed to each one and said who it was and a fact about them.
"Cool!"
"Oh! And these are my horsies!" She pulled me by my arm and sat me on her bed. The first one she showed me was Scarlette. She was brown with blue eyes and her mane was red. Next was Rachael. She was purple with a yellow mane and green eyes, she was my favorite because she was colorful.then she showed me like seventeen others.
"Yeah! So that was all of them, Carly was my favorite. What about yours?"
"Oh mine was Rachael!"
"She's pretty. And she was the the third horse I ever got. I was three."
"Oh that's cool! So, I was thinking we cou-"
"Sky?"
"Yeah?"
"Moms here. She wants you to come down stairs for a second with Zoe."
"Oh okay"
"Let's go!"
When we got down stairs, everybody was there. My mom, Sky's mom and dad, brothers, and their friends, all downstairs.
"Hey mom.."
"Hey sweetie, it's time to go."
"Oh really? Did I stay that long?"
"Yeah, I got worried about you so I came to pick you up." In the middle of the sentence the boys went downstairs and Hayes stayed behind.
"Oh okay well. I need to go get my backpack and I'll be right back."
"Okay."
While I'm walking up the steps I hear footsteps behind me. I looked back and saw Hayes following me.
"Hey"
"Hey um I was wondering if we could hangout tomorrow?"
"Oh yeah sure. But I'll have to ask first. I'll say that we have to study." And I give him a wink.
"Okay" I see the red coming to his cheeks.
I go it Sky's room and get my backpack and when I'm about to open the door, Hayes opens it. I go through it and say thank you and kisses me.
After the kiss I was speechless so I went downstairs with a smile on my face and might have acted a little to casual because mom asked me if I was okay.
"Yeah of course, I'm totally fine."
"Okay honey, say goodbye to sky and I'll be out in the car waiting okay?"
"Okay."
"Bye sky! I had fun today! I hope we can do it again soon!"
"Bye Zoe! See you next time! Rachael and I will be waiting for you! Hee hee"
"Haha okay! Bye"
"Bye!"
I close the door and go to the car. Once I get home, I go to my journal (yes I keep a journal) and write what happened with Hayes.
