Chapter 11

Tara's POV
"Cassie that horse is a miracle horse almost died when being born it was a miracle that bubbles lived. If he can live through that, bubbles can survive through anything" I said as i let her cry as I hugged her.
"What's going on?" Georgie asked as she came jogging into the barn.
"Cassie's horse has strangles we are waiting for Scott, if you want to help you can help me, Tara and Cassie take the other horses outside" Amy said rushing around the barn.
"Sure thing I'm on it" Georgie said.
"thanks for helping me" Cassie said to everybody.
"No problem we will do as much as we can" Amy said. Just than my phone started ringing.
" not now mom" I said to myself quietly.
" I'll just let it go to the voice mail and I will call her back later." I said to Amy.
"So what do you think the chance is that bubbles will live?" Cassie asked Ty when I saw a tear escape her eye.
"It probably around 40%, sorry." Ty said in a very caring and gentle voice.
I went over to Cassie. We thought it would be best to groom bubbles because it calmed him down.
" what's happening" I ask as soon as I saw Ty's worried expression.
" this is not good! Call Scott again tell him it's a life or death situation, I'm not sure how to do it so I will need him." Ty said fast.
"What's going on!" Cassie said panicking.
" if we don't open up the air ways we are going to lose him." Ty said scared.
"What!" Cassie said as she walked over to bubbles and just hugged him for what felt like hours than Scott came slowly jogging in the barn.
"Over here!" Ty yelled.
"It doesn't look good. I'm going to need a help Ty. Just hand me the stuff." Scott said.
"Gloves" Scott said first.
"Cleaner" Scott said.
"Blade" Scott said.
"Clean wrap" he said before he made the cut.
After Scott made the cut the horse seem to relax a bit.
"Ty if it happens again, make sure you have gloves on do a cleaning of the lump. Then, have wrap there handy. Finally make the cut to release the infection. Got it?" Scott asked Ty, Ty nodded a yes before he walked out the barn saying goodbye.
"I hope that doesn't happen again" Cassie said.
" yup that was a close call!" Ty said with a worried, scared look.

Okay so its short and I'm so sorry. I broke a promise I just was being told that I needed to update. Lately I have had a LOT of homework. So I think I'm going to set a goal for updates like last chapter also I love hearing ideas, questions, or anything from you guys don't be a silent reader!
