❝I didn't know angels wore ripped skinny jeans, tank tops and beanies. One just walked into my office and he was covered in tattoos. ❞

The alarm clock went off yet again, signalling that it was already 7:30 in the early morning. Just great. Now I'll have to deal with Minho.
Just as I was about to pull the covers over my head, a wild looking Minho - or perhaps not that wild because he was wearing a nice suit - stormed into my room, not even bothered to knock. I really need to lock the door next time before I go to bed. As usual, he pulled the blinds from the window and turned to look at me with both his hands on his hips and a wide smile plastered across his face.
God, save me from this man.
"Wake up Dylan, today's the big day-,"
"No thank you." I replied quickly before he rambles on and rolled over to my side. He paused for a moment and cleared his throat. "Or if you want to stay in this old apartment and befriend with these spiders, that's fine with me too." He just had to say all that.
I groaned and got out of bed, running my hand through my hair as I dragged myself to the small bathroom in our shared apartment. I looked into the mirror, gave myself a small pep talk to convince myself that everything will go smoothly, just like Minho had said.
I then proceeded to take a short shower, brushed my hair and teeth and going back to my room. Luckily, Minho wasn't anywhere to be seen in my room when I came back.
Honestly, he was more like a mother than a friend.
I slipped on a plain white tank top, with the words 'Cool Kids Don't Dance' on it, simple black jeans and ruffled up my hair like I do every other day and pulled on a red beanie over my head. Today does not excite me one bit.
I walked to the living room which was only probably an inch bigger than my room since it was a quite small apartment.
Minho was sitting down on the couch while reading the daily news with a cup of coffee in his other hand. He was already dressed in his usual work outfit when I saw him. "Good morn- Oh hell no." As soon as he saw me, he frowned bitterly and stood up from the couch. He crossed his arms over his chest then shook his head slightly.
"You aren't wearing that. You can not wear that." He emphasized the 'can't' as he looked at me - or more specifically, my outfit.
"Why? It's just a short interview. I'm sure the guy won't mind." I replied nonchalantly as I walked out the door, and down the stairs, getting into his car.
M I N H O
You just can not in a million years win an argument with that guy.
How the hell does he think he's going to get a job with an attitude and an attire like that? Does he think he'll just magically earn money and a grand house?
I groaned and grabbed my car keys, locking the door behind me before walking down to my car where that douchebag was waiting. He slid into the car as I started the engine and drove off to our destination.
"I've already told you billions and billions of times. You're not going to get a job with clothes like those." I started and gripped on the steering wheel.
"Yeah, right." He replied and texted away on his phone. "It's just my clothes. It's not like he's going to judge me on what I wear." He continued on talking and honestly, I was t h i s close to throwing his phone away and slapping him across the face.
"I don't see you getting any jobs for the past 5 months." I said, trying to force the calmness into my voice. The traffic today was quite heavy. We might arrive to my office a little bit late.
Dylan stayed silent and continued to scroll along his phone.
---
We finally reached the place and got out of the car. At least now Dylan had put his phone away and I could see he was a bit nervous.
"You alright, man?" Even though he was being such an airhead, he was still my friend and I needed to give him my support to the fullest.
He cleared his throat before replying. "Yeah, I'm good." He nodded and continued walking next to me.
I leaded him to the main building and up into one of the lifts to the third floor where Mr. Sangster's office was. Thomas Sangster is our CEO and one of the most hard working ones at that. The others did not do a great job than Thomas and we did lose a lot of profit before he became our CEO.

I can't believe I'm actually doing this again. It's not like I'm going to get the job or anything. I don't get why Minho's being all pissy about it too. Minho suddenly stopped in front of an office.
It was as if my stomach was doing fifty summersaults because I felt like throwing up all over again.
I wasn't scared of the place, no. Not even the person in charge of the place scares me. It was the feeling of being rejected that sets me down.
(insert bapa dya selalu reject dya masa dya kecil)
It makes me feel like I'm not good at anything at all.
Despite the agitation, I remained my calm and nonchalant self as Minho knocked on the glass door just loud enough for the person inside the room to hear.
T.P.P.O.V
Thomas looked up from the paperworks he had to finish to see his executive assistant standing outside the glass door with a younger looking male standing next to him. He nodded and waved his hand at them, signaling the others that they could come in.
The black haired male pushed the door open and went in, the younger male following close behind him. The blonde was curious about the other boy. He surely doesn't look like anyone he's ever seen walked in here. He crossed his arms, glancing from Minho to the other guy.
"So... This is he?"
"Yes sir, this is he." Minho replied with an apologetic smile on his face. Probably because the fact that the other boy wasn't wearing an acceptable attire like he was told to.
Minho handed Thomas his resume and a few paperworks for him to read through to qualify this newbie to get the position he wants in this organization.
He nodded at the papers and glanced back at him. "Thank you. I'll start the interview with him now, you can wait outside after we're done." His thick British accent coating every word slipped from his mouth. Minho nodded then gave Dylan a small pat to the back before leaving the room.
Thomas eyed the other male from top to bottom before looking directly into his eyes.
"Dylan O'Brien?"
