Peyton stirred awake about 2:00 in the afternoon and found that Rowan was gone. He got up to look for her, but all of her things were gone, too. He noticed a piece of paper folded on the table. He walked over and picked it up to read it.
Hey Pey,
I went home to get some clothes to change into while you were asleep. I'll be back around 3. I love you!
Love,
Your girl
Peyton sighed as he set the note down. He wanted to talk to her about their relationship.
I'll ask her out on a date Peyton thought to himself. So, he went into the bedroom and texted Rowan.
Pey💛~ Hey, Row! I read your note. Wear something dressy because we're going out tonight😘
Rowan texted back immediately.

Pey💛~ Yes😏

Rowan packed some clothes so if she spent the night, she'd have something to wear. She picked out a red dress and shoes to match(pic at beginning). She ales packed a pair of tennis shoes and flip flops. She put her stuff in her car and drove to Peyton's. When she arrived, she parked her car and walked into the building. She went into the lobby and walked to the elevators. She pressed the button. Soon, the doors opened as she stepped inside. She pressed level 4 and waited for the elevator to start. Soon, she arrived on Peyton's floor and filed out of the elevator. She walked to Peyton's door and knocked. Peyton opened the door immediately.
Peyton pulled Rowan inside and quickly shut the door. She put her stuff in Peyton's bedroom and came back out.
"So, where are we going?" Rowan asked as she took off her shoes and sat down on the couch.
"That's a surprise," Peyton asked. Rowan's mouth dropped.
"Peyton, you know I don't like surprises," Rowan grumbled as she laid back. Peyton walked over to the couch and barely sat on Rowan.
"Row, but I love surprising you," Peyton laughed as Rowan tried to push him off of her.
"Pey, get off of me!" Rowan playfully yelled. Peyton started tickling her.
"PEYTON! STOOOPPPP!!" Rowan was laughing so hard that she started crying. Peyton was laughing too. Peyton let up on her just to ask her a question.
"If I stop, will you let me take you out to dinner and not badger me with questions?" Peyton asked. Rowan nodded her head vigorously. Peyton got up off of Rowan and sat down beside her. She quickly sat up and got off the couch.
"Is it alright if I use your shower?" Rowan asked.
"Yes, you don't have to ask," Peyton replied as Rowan smiled.
"Thank you," she said as she gave him a peck on the cheek and walked to the bathroom.
"I'm coming too!" Peyton yelled as he ran over to Rowan.
"Uh, no you're not!" Rowan said.
"But why?" Peyton whined.
"We wouldn't shower," Rowan replied.
"Yeah, true."
"So, can you at least wait fifteen minutes?"
"No. That's too long."
"Ten?"
"How about five?"
"How about I bump it back up to fifteen?"
"Ten sounds good to me!"
Rowan won the argument as she shut the bathroom door and started taking a shower. As he waited for her, he heard singing. It wasn't like Sabrina's singing, but Rowan's.
She sounds better than Sabrina
Peyton thought to himself as he listened to Rowan singing.

Peyton just sat and listened to her sing Open Arms by Journey. Soon, the ten minutes were up and Rowan emerged from the bathroom with soaking wet hair.
"It's about time you got out," Peyton joked. Rowan kissed Peyton on the lips as she got her dress out of her bag along with her shoes.
"I don't think I want you wearing that dress out in public," Peyton suggested. Rowan laughed at his remark.
"Are you scared that something's going to happen to me?" Rowan asked as she pouted out her lips playfully.
"The only thing that I'm scared about is WHO looks at you," Peyton said as he added emphasis to the sentence.
"I love you, and I love only you," Rowan said as she hugged Peyton.
"I love you way more, babe," Peyton said as he hugged Rowan back.
"Babe?" Rowan asked as she pulled out of the hug, but not Peyton's arms.
"Got a problem with it, babe?" Peyton asked playfully.
"No, babe," Rowan replied. She pulled out of Peyton's arms and started getting ready.
