Chapter 7 - Go, RACHEL!

Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap! What the freaking crap?!?! I feel like Thomas in The Maze Runner when

he arrives and then everything they ever knew to be stable collapses. I placed my hands on my head and shook back and forth. "Oh God, what are we gonna DO???" I placed my swords in my bag and ran over to Rachel. I took her bat, placed that in her bag, and hugged her tightly. "Nick, what are we gonna DO? How did Red even find out about Seaport??? The only bad person here was AK, and he's good!"

He shook his head. "I don't know. I just don't know." I heard a bunch of foot steps. "Start walking back, QUICKLY!" I hissed. They all tensed up, weapons in hand, walking back quickly but quietly. "There's NO way we're getting outta this one, guys. If Red intends to capture us, we're screwed." And we have no backup. Sky and Jess stayed back to protect Jin from Ross. I felt Rachel shaking in my arms. "We ARE NOT going to die, Rachel. I won't let them kill you, no matter what." I whispered in her ear. I hear footsteps behind me (I was at the back of the gang) and whip around. 6 men were there, guns loaded and at the ready.

"Well, well, well. So we meet again. And, as always, I have the upper hand."

Nick signaled for the gang to surround Rachel and I, protecting us...kinda. "How did you find this place, Red? We never mentioned Seaport to you." Red chuckled. "Remember Jordan? I could hear him crying about wanting to go back to Seaport. I looked more into it and located the city. Scouting out new territory, you know?" I widened my eyes and stared at Ghetto. Ghetto loved Jordan. Oh please, Ghetto, don't lash out. Unfortunately, Ghetto couldn't read minds. "HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT JORDAN, YOU MURDERER!!!!" I reached out to stop him, but he was already rushing towards Red.

A man behind Red stepped forward and whacked him over the head. He fell to the ground, very clearly unconscious. "GHETTO!" Nick yelled. They're best friends. He dropped his weapon and ran to Ghetto. He glared at Red. "There's no end to your evil, is there?" Red laughed maniacally. All the men surrounding us had their guns out. "Put your weapons down, and maybe you'll live a little longer." 'I still eat my humans with bullets in it.' He's not kidding. Shark and AK put their weapons down. I watched a bunch of men come forward, cuff them all (except Ghetto), and pull them away. Rachel and I were the only ones still free...ish.

"Ahhhh...and who might you be?" Red asked. I glared at him. "I'm Becca and this is Rachel. Not that it matters, Red." A couple men walked towards us. I growled at them with my demonic voice (Tell me if you wanna hear it. I really can do it.) and pushed Rachel a little ways behind me into a wall. "OOF!" She gasped. "Sorry!" I whispered back. I turned back towards the men. "If you think I'll come willingly, you are EXTREMELY mistaken." I sprinted forward, catching them off guard. Those Taekwondo lessons are finally coming into use. I punched one in the gut and the other...well, where 'the sun don't shine.' They both fell to the ground. I sneered. "Who's next?" Red laughed. "Interesting." I stared at him, momentarily distracted. This screwed me over. I felt something hard and wooden hit my head. Probably a bat. I fell to the ground, blackness creeping into my vision.

I saw Red walk over to my sister and chuckle. "About the same age as Jord----OOF!" Rachel socked him in the stomach. That's my girl.

And then all I saw was blackness.
