I wake up in the morning, still tired as usual. I was up for a long time last night, on a raid with Kirito and Lisbeth last night on Alfheim Online.
Today was probably going to be boring as always, so I just headed up to the school, hoping Kirito was there. I hurried up and got dressed, then headed out for the school.

I was headed to school, I figured I wasn't going to make it on time, because I woke up late. So I hurried as quickly as I could down the road hoping to get there on time. I eventually got there, but there was no one there, and then I realized something. "Its Saturday!! How could I forget that its the weekend?!" I exclaimed. I jumped right back on my bike, but I noticed Shino sitting on a bench over by the park. She looked pretty worried.
I walked over and said hi. And she looked a little confused as she looked over to me. She eventually said "Oh, hey Kazuto, I thought you were in school already...why are you out here?" "Well, I don't have school on weekends like Lisbeth or Klein, but I forgot it was the weekend and rushed up here on accident" as I rub the back of my head and smile "then I saw you over here...what are you doing here by the way?"

I can't believe he actually asked that! I came to see you you stupid! "I-i just wanted to come to the park".....that was all I could manage?...seriously!?
He quickly replied "Well, I was about to go get something to eat. Wanna come with? Don't worry, I'll pay"
Then he flashed that smile...that adorable, lovable smile, and I couldn't bring myself to say no. Even if I did plan on playing GGO some more. "Yeah, sounds like fun!" Then we jumped on his motorcycle, and headed off.

I don't think she could have squeezed me any tighter. We were riding on my motorcycle, and she felt like she was holding on for dear life. "Hey Shino, don't worry! I've had years of practice, your not gonna die , just loosen up a bit!" Then she lightened her grip a little. I have to admit, I love taking girls on my motorcycle, because we get so close. But its even better with Shino... Because she's so scared sometimes, and I feel like I have to protect her... So I guess that means I love her.
We eventually made it to the bar, our favorite place. Usually we wouldn't go on a weekend, because we're playing ALO or something, but I guess since we are hanging out today, we can stop by and grab something to eat here. "Hey Shino, you can let go now." She was still gripping my jacket for her life. "O-oh sorry..." She slowly let go.

We were so close to each other for so long, but I didn't want it to be over, but it would be kinda weird if I didn't. I eventually let go and got off, glad to feel ground under my feet again. As soon as I got off I realized that we were at the bar, and I was wondering why since we usually never come on weekends. We walk in and you can immediately smell the stench of beer and fish. I now know why they never come on weekends. But this only makes me question why we're here even more.
We walk up to Agil, and Kazuto starts talking "Hey Agil, I know this is unusual, but I was wondering if you could arrange a private table?" Wait, what for!? I could tell I was blushing immensely because Agil gave me a weird look. "Yeah, I can have it arranged." He smiled as he walked away and I turned to look at Kazuto. "So?.. A private table?"

I was worried when I asked for the private table from Agil, that Shino would try to kill me on the spot. But she seemed perfectly fine with it. Which is a little off, usually she would be bright red, and flipping out, but she wasn't. Then she turned and gave me that look. The one that makes you want to run, without even having to look at her I could tell. I could feel the chill running down my back. She eventually said "so?..a private table?". The way she said it was different too. It didn't seem like her. Sounded more like Asuna. Then I realized what I had never realized before. Maybe she was trying to be like Asuna! Wait, but she doesn't like me like that, does she? " y-yeah, I mean...if you don't want to eat where its quieter..." I couldn't believe I just tried to say that what was me trying to show her she's special, was me trying to just eat in peace and quiet. God I'm an idiot.
She gave me a playful punch on the shoulder "I'm just playing with you Kiri- oops! Sorry! Kazuto, I meant Kazuto!"

I feel like such an idiot! I can't believe I almost gave his game name away! " I'm so sorry Kazuto! I didn't mean to, I swear!". He seemed calm though. He didn't seem worried. "Its alright Shino, it was an accident, that's all". Then he smiled again. That adorable smile again...

I noticed her blushing as I smiled and blushed a little bit too. Agil eventually came back. "Alright guys, your table is ready. Its in the far back, last door on the left". He seemed to give me a look as if he knew I liked her. " alright thanks Agil" I replied and started walking towards the back, but when I turned around Shino was just standing there, not following me. "Hey, you okay?" She simply replied "yeah" and started walking over really slowly, as if she was scared of something. I grabbed her hand and started walking when the got to me.

I have always been shy and quiet, which made it hard for me to believe that I was actually holding Kazuto's hand. I felt very warm, but holding Kazuto's hand felt calming, and I didn't feel worried anymore so I started to walk with him to the room where the table was.
I didn't know what to do when we got to the room, I just sat down and looked over at Kazuto as he picked up the menu and checked for something to eat. I picked mine up and checked for something to eat and decided just to get my usual: Rice balls with soy sauce and sushi. I looked back over at Kazuto and I noticed him look down at his menu when I looked over. " I saw that Kazuto!" I playfully slapped his hand and he grabbed it. I know he has great speed in the vrmmorpg's we play, but I never realized he was that fast in real life!

Instinctively, because I always try to be careful, I grabbed Shino's hand, but when I looked up and realized it was her, I can tell I became very pale. I had no way to explain why I grabbed her hand. She was just playing and I knew it, so why did I grab her hand?...did I feel like she was an enemy or something?...I thought to myself, no way...I wouldn't do that! She's my friend! But I couldn't let go! I don't know why, but something made me hold on....then I pulled her towards me....and I didn't something I never thought I would've done....I kissed her.
