Chapter Two:
As the door shut behind her, Amélie headed to the living room where Luna Weasley was tying the bow in the back of Analiese’s, her teenage daughter, burgundy dress.
“Mum, leave it alone. It's fine,” Analiese rolled her eyes.
Amélie grinned as she stopped beside them and patted her younger cousin’s blond hair. “Yes, you look fine but let your mom fuss, it’s what they do best, you know.” She explained.
“Amélie Scarlett!” She heard her mother cry from the bedroom but she ignored her as she smiled at Luna.
“You look great, Aunt Luna,” she said and meant it; her figure encased in a bright blue off the shoulders gown, her white blond hair was pulled back into an elegant bun with blue daisies weaved in. She looked fantastic.
“Thank you, dear.” Luna smiled, her silvery-gray eyes sparkling with amusement.
“Amélie, darling, come here,” an older woman called and she looked over to see her grandmother, Narcissa standing beside Pansy Parkinson, one of her father’s best friends.
“Hey, baby Red,” Pansy patted Amélie head.
She glared at her as she brushed away Pansy’s hand. Pansy laughed as she crossed her arms. “Don’t call me that.” Amélie frowned.
“That glare could melt glaciers.” Pansy chuckled.
“You are certainly Draco’s daughter.” Narcissa chuckled along with Pansy.
“With all that attitude in one little body, it’s sure to be dangerous as you continue to get older,” Pansy snorted.
“Stop teasing her,” Ginny said as she came out of the bedroom. The group stared at her in her wedding gown. Narcissa even seemed misty-eyed as she watched Amélie tread over to her mother and grab her hand.
“You look amazing, mom.” She smiled.
Ginny smiled back, “thanks, love. Hopefully, he won’t run away.”
"Draco would never disappear on the wedding day to his Red," Narcissa said as she walked to Ginny and slid her arm around the younger woman's shoulders.
"She would say that not knowing that I saw him climbing out of the wind - ergh! Dammit, ouch!" Pansy hissed as the door opened behind her and hit her. "Blaise, is that you? You bastard! How dare you -"
"It's time, Ginny." Blaise ignored Pansy and smiled at Ginny, "and no, Draco wasn't sliding out of the window. As a matter of fact, he sent me here ten minutes early. Actually, he kicked me out." He rolled his eyes. “You know the man. No patience at all.” He shook his head.
Ginny smiled, her brown eyes sparkling with excitement. “How are we doing this?”
“A portkey,” he pulled out a book and showed her. Ginny laughed as she grabbed the book. It was an old muggle historical romance book. She recognized it right away.
“Where did you get this?” She asked in shock.
“Draco gave it to me.” Blaise shook his head. “What’s so special about it?”
“It’s from a long time ago,” she said as she opened the book and she noticed the names Draco and Ginny within the stories. It was an old memory back to when Draco and she had been falling in love; back when they had been working at WWW and just getting into the Organization. Ginny ran her fingers over the page. “I can’t believe he’s had this all this time.”
“Draco has a lot of interesting things,” Narcissa smiled. “Some I don’t even know.”
“Yes, yes, yes, now gather around. Everyone touch the portkey or Draco will have my hide.” Blaise looked around at all the women gathered in the living room. Come now, quickly!”
