When we got to school I jumped out as fast as I could and told Lilah to keep my keys and be sure to lock the doors. Then I ran inside as fast as possible. Luckily Austins locker was near mine so I ran there dodging students and two teachers who yelled for me to slow down. But I didn't listen to them. When I got to Austin's locker he was talking to the school slut Savannah............ And she laughed and lightly slapped his arm... Hhhaaaahhh she was FLIRTING!!! With Austin!! I glanced at the clock to see how much time before class and when I glanced back Austin glanced at me, made eye contact, and without breaking said eye contact; slowly leaned in and kissed Savannah. It felt like my heart had been ripped out of my chest, stomped on, caught on fire, and crushed in a million billion trillion gazillion pieces. So I did the one thing I'd wanted to do my whole life. I marched over there, pushed the slut out of the way,and kissed my best friend.

It felt like I was on a sugar high....like everything I'd ever done had been for this moment for this kiss. Then we were full-on making out!!!!!!And then it was over and all the happiness had gone out of the world..... Oooorrrrrrr...... that's what it felt like.

"Sssoo I guess you forgive me then?"

"HHEEEYYY!!!!!! AUSEEE, tell her you love me. Tell her, TELL HER!!!!!!!!"
"I cant Savannah."
"Why?" She growled.
"Because I only asked you out and kissed you to make Payson jealous."
"Really?" I asked hopefully.
"UGH, REEALLYY?" Savannah all but growled.
"Really" Austin said
A smile bigger than the grand canyon slowly made it's way onto my face .
Savannah stormed away and Austin leaned in and kissed me again.
