*Ritu's POV*
I was lost in my thoughts when I realise, she was calling me for taking the order. I go to the table, hoping that she would recognise me. I hope I recognise her.
" Yes ma'am, how can I help you? ", I say.
" Can you bring us two iced tea and some fries, thanks ", she says.
*Vida's POV*
Why is her face familiar? I think I know her, wait, is that Ritu? Let me see her badge. I look at her badge and her name is Ritu, so before she leaves I ask her.
" Hey, Ritu! Do you recognise me? I'm Vida, your classmate in school and your neighbour?"
" Oh! Yes! Hi! How are you? You look so different. I saw you when you entered the diner, but I could not recognise you", she says.
" So, what's up? Where are you working?", she asks me.
"Well! You'll be shocked, but tell me, is One Direction still your favourite band? I remember you were their biggest fan in the final year of school", I say.
" Yes! I still love them", she says.
" I work for them", I say.
Then I could see that she was shocked.
"Wow that's amazing!", she says. Then I see Andrew's face which was full of confusion, so, I introduce him to Ritu.
Suddenly, I see someone rushing towards Ritu. That guy says "Ritu! I need your help, the principal called me today and told me that we need special guests for the Halloween party for the promotion of our college, please help", he says.
"Problem solved", Ritu says pointing at me.
" What? I don't want a new girlfriend now, but she's beautiful", he says.
" Hi! I'm Richard, you can call me Ric", says that guy.
" Hi! I'm Vida! It's nice to meet you", I say.
" So, I'll be your problem solver and I'll ask the boys to be your guests if they are free and I'll let you know", I say.
" Ritu, is that fine?", I ask.
"Yes! Totally", she says.
" Which boys?", asks Richard.
"One Direction", says Ritu.
" Why will they come? You are telling as if Vida knows them very well", says Ric.
I nod my head.
"I work for them", I say.
" That's awesome! You are going to be the problem solver of my life now", says Ric.
I chuckle and say "that's a bit of exaggeration"
" Can I get your number? ", asks Ric.
" Is it for your college work or a date?", whispers Ritu in his ear.
"College work, definitely", whispers Ric.
"You guys realise I can hear you, right?", I say.
Ritu and Richard look at each other and chuckle.
*In the evening*
*Ritu's POV*
My phone rings, it was Vida, I hope the boys agreed, Ric's problem will be solved and I can meet the boys.
" Hello," I say
V: Hi Ritu! The boys agreed to come to the party and they are excited.
R: Wow! That's great! So what do we do now?
V: I'll pick you and Richard up from the diner so that you can invite the boys personally
R: Alright! At what time?
V: I'll pick you up around 9, be ready.
R: Okay!
Then I call Ric.
"Ric! Your problem solver called", I say.
"And?", asks Ric.
"And! They agreed! Congratulations!", I say.
"Yay! That's awesome! I'll talk to Vida", says Ric cutting the call.
Tomorrow is going to be great. I'm going to meet One Direction! Yes! Finally! I cannot wait for tomorrow morning.
