(5 hours later) By now Riley had been crawling forever, her palms were all sweaty and her knees were scraped, yet the fact had just dawned on her, she was lost. Her mind raced with one million immature thoughts of how she had gotten herself into such a big predicament, never the less she had gotten herself in and now she would get herself out. A few moments later she realized that her map had been upside down all along, so she retraced her steps, or crawls, and found the holy grail, the thing Riley had been looking for all along. The Fabric Room. As she walked through the isles of glittering and shimmering fabrics she saw her dreams unraveling out in front of her. Silks, chiffons, laces, and even upholstery were around ever turn she took, everything looked like it could be useful to her, in the grand scheme of things. "This couldn't have gone smoother", Riley thought pleased with herself, what would come next she had no idea, but It was definitely exciting! Aside from getting lost she still had plenty of time to take whatever fabric she would need and run for the hills before day break. Riley grabbed some neon feathers for a bit of detail, a little ombré chiffon, and just a yard or two of this gorgeous navy sequin lace. Oh, it was the most precious piece in her whole collection of cloth. Now all she had todo was escape. Sounds easy huh, well why don't you try thinking of an elaborate plan on the fly, while carting around 20 pounds of fabric, and trying not to get caught by the night watch. Fast forward a few hours, it's sunrise and Riley finally made it to the roof where she proceeded to slide down the long metal gutter. When she reached the ground she plopped on her bum, oops. Riley ran all the way home, acting casual like usual. NOT! Oh well at least now she could get on with her plan now, that is if she could make it home with out getting caught again. 😏
