You never know....

The Note...

I reached for the note, bracing myself for tears coming. The note was purple with black lettering that had my name on it with a heart. I opened the note all the way and started reading it. It said:

"Dear Violet,

Baby you're the love of my life and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. No matter what, I will always love you. These past 4 years with you have been the best and I cant wait for many more. I want you to be my wife, the mother to my kids, I want to grow old with you, and have grandkids with you. (IDK IF I JUST MADE SENSE LOL) I know I'm going too far with this but I don't care. You're my everything, my life, my world, the air I breathe. I love waking up with you in my arms and when you're not there, my bed/pillow/sheets smell just like you. You're beautiful and I'm glad to have you back here safe and sound in the warmth of my arms. I love you. Everything about you makes me smile. The way you get nervous, how you get embarrassed easily and blush like a mad man, the way your hair always smells like pomegranates, how you do your makeup even if I think you're beautiful without the makeup, how you're obsessed with dying your hair and painting your nails. I could go on FOREVER! I want you to know that I love you with all my heart. And I really wanted you to know that"

Jaybie's POV

I saw her smile throughout her reading the note. Then tears started coming down her face. "Oh God! Please tell me those are happy tears and not sad tears" I said while getting up and kneeling beside her. She laughed and wiped her eyes managing to not smear her makeup. "Haha no, baby they're happy tears." She smiled and kissed me softly. "Thank you for the note....and...just everything. I love you too with all my heart" I smiled at her and sat back down. ' I'm glad she likes the note and all of this' I thought. We both started eating and talking.

Violet's POV

After we were done eating, we cleaned up while Jaybie put the table back in his trunk. I went towards the swings facing moon.

Jaybie's POV

When I got back, I saw Violet walk towards the swings. She was facing the beautiful full moon. She was rubbing her arms, so I took the blanket I had with me and wrapped it around her. "Thank you" She smiled. "Welcome" I smiled and kissed her gently and sat at the swing next to her and slowly rocking back and forth, I started humming A match Into Water by Pierce The Veil. She started humming with me smiling. When we were finished humming the song we walked back to the car hand in hand waiting to arrive home.

Violet's POV

When we got back home it was like 2 in the morning. Jaybies parents went home and my parents were sleeping. I changed into some pajamas as well as Jaybie. I slid into my bed and Jaybie slipped right in next to me. "Good night baby. Sweet dreams gorgeous" He whispered in my ear while wrapping his arm protectively around my waist. I smiled. "Good night baby. Don't let the bed bugs bite" I replied. He kissed my cheek. I started drifting off to sleep with a smile on my face thinking about the awesome time I had with Jaybie today......
