"I'm so sorry Violet, the doctor said that you weren't supposed to remember that much" She said in a low tone for anybody who weren't paying attention would have never caught. "It's ok mom. Everybody makes mistakes, even doctors at times." I gave her a reassuring smile. "Like my mistake was, staying at.. what's-her-face-name?" She giggled "Kellie" "Oh, ok. Anyways, like I was saying to prove my point" We both giggled "My mistake was staying at Kellie's house a little bit longer than I was going to. Also if I would've took the regular to get home I would have never gotten kidnapped" "But that could happen to anyone" I added quickly. She grabbed my hand and squeezed a bit. "My mistake, sweeetie, was letting you out the house and out of my sight when I had a bad feeling in the pit of my stomache about you. But nothing of it 'cause you were going to kellie's house and its only her, her mom, and her sister. But I should-" I cut her off "Mom don't worry about it." "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry" She started crying. "Mom stop saying sorry and don't cry come on mom. Don't cry. Stay strong like me" She looked up at me "I will try"

"I have to use the bathroom" 'Oh, way to go to ruin a sappy moment between mom and I' She giggled "Ok the doctor said I needed to help you if you needed to use the bathroom"

After she helped me to the bathroom and helped me back to bed she said the most exciting news....

"I have 4 surprises for you"

"What???!! Why?! No way!!?" I screamed like a little kid. I always love having that childish side of me

"Wait..." I paused "What???" My mom asked worried

"Is it my birthday???? Did I forget my own birthday?!?!!!"

"Haha no sweetie you didn't forget. Your birthday didn't pass yet"

"Oh. When is it??"

"We are in September now. So your birthday is next month. Can you guess the date?"

"Ummm. It's October 20 something"

"That's right. Guess the day and your age"

"I remember my age. I'm 18 years old" I said with pride "I got it I got it!!!!" I exclaimed excitedly

"Haha What is it?"

"My birthday is October 23!!!"

"Perfect! Today is September 13th"

As soon I was about to say there's 33 days left until my birthday, the doctor came in. "By the sounds of happy shouts. Haha I'm guessing you remembered some things." He said with a smile.

"She remembered more than some things" My mom said

"Really well that shows a lot of healing"

"I remembered both accidents. My birthday with some help." I nudged my mom "I recall having a boyfriend. Currant boyfriend that is."

"Ok that's great to hear. Skylar can I talk to you for a min. please" He motioned towards the door. Mom looked at me with a concerned face.

"Go ahead"

"Ok" She said stood up

"FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled as the cafeteria lady came in with s cart of food. "While you are talking with the doctor, I'm going to be stuffing my face with food. If that's ok with the doctor?"

"Its ok Violet. I understand your hunger"

And with that, I took the first thing I saw and stuffed my face.

I KNOW ITS SHORT BUT I TRIED NOT TO PUT MY IDEAS FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER IN HERE. I GO BACK TO SKOOL TOMORROW. UNFORTUNATELY MY THANKSGIVING VACATION IS OVER. BUT IM GOING TO TRY TO UPDATE TOMORROW NIGHT
