"I'm so tired of being here, Suppressed by all my childish fears, And if you have to leave, I wish that you would just leave, 'Cause your presence still lingers here, And it won't leave me alone..." --Evanscence, My Immortal

Chapter One

Luke Thompson:

I was about to follow after Alexis when I started to hear growls come from the woods where she had disappeared to. I anxiously chewed on my lip as I remembered that Aiden would be here any time soon and the first thing he'd ask me is 'Where's Alex?'. I slowly closed the front door, and flattened myself against the door, glancing wide eyed around the living room, wondering what I should do. It's not everyday that your little sister turns into a freaking wolf!-I breathed in and out, figuring out ways for me to calm down. I went over to the sofa and paced up and down, pinching the bridge of my nose as I did so-it helped me think easier.

Hey Luke, where's Alex?' Aiden's voice questioned in my head. I breathed in and out again and replied with 'Alex, has gone for a walk...' I tried to keep my voice light but the urgency just crept in like a burglar at night. 'Dammit!' I hissed, pumping my fist into the air.

Go after her, dufus! My conscience snapped at me. I scratched my head and pouted a little before realizing that was a good idea. I hurried up to my room and pulled on a jacket and a pair of shoes, I then went down to the garage and got my Dad's flash light and a piece of fibre rope...you know, justin case.

I opened the door to see Aiden with his fist in mid-air, I froze and glanced up at him. Was he going to punch me, did he already know? I opened my mouth to tell him everything that happened but then he said 'Wow, I was just about to knock,' Aiden stepped past me and came inside before turning around me. 'Where are you going?'

'Duh...going to walk my dog...' I clamped my hand over my mouth, I wasn't supposed to say that. I might as well tell him that his girlfriend recently transformed into a wolf. Aiden turned to look at me, his brows wrinkling in confusion.

'Dude, you don't have a dog' Aiden stated. I nodded slowly, leaning casually on the door frame, still nodding like I had a bobble head.

'And you don't either, but you don't hear me saying anything about it' Crap. I was starting to make myself sound like I need to be locked up in solitary confinement. I pretended to pat an imaginary animal on the head. 'C'mon Gregory, it's obvious that Aiden, here, needs a good pair of eyes'

Aiden watched after me, with a look of both amusement and concern on his face. I closed the door behind me, the moment I did, I raced into the woods following Alexis' dainty footprints. I ended up tripping and landing flat on my face. 'Argh...' I groaned, getting up and dusting all of the leaves off my clothes. I looked down on the ground and noticed that I was standing in a huge paw print, I jumped back and glanced at it a little more.

I looked ahead of me and noticed there was more of those as the woods went on. I clutched on tighter to the rope and continued to follow the paw prints deeper into the forest. The prints went on for a while before I started to hear a low growl coming from around the bend of the tree. I froze, slowing my  pace and sticking my head around the bend.

I spotted a silver haired wolf, just rolling around in the dirt on a fallen log. I started to reel out the fibre rope and walk closer at the same time, I stepped on a twig causing it to make a loud crackling sound. The animal stopped rolling, it's ears pricked up as it started to get back on it's paws. Shit, was all I could think of right now. Seeing as it's your sister, she might just use your arms for tooth picks and let you get away... my conscience teased.

Alex sniffed the air and suddenly our eyes met. I started to slowly back away, her blue eyes drifted down to the rope and the flash light in my hand. I grinned anxiously at her and even waved at her. A low snarl errupted from her mouth, I didn't need any other sign to know that I needed to run as fast as my legs could carry my ass.

Letting out a battle cry, I started to run in the opposite direction, dropping the rope and the flash light to give myself more of a chance of increasing my speed. The ground started to shake as Alex started to approach me, her growls sounding closer and more frightening.

I increased my speed even though I was sure it wouldn't match Alexis', the growling started to die down but I didn't stop running-I didn't even peep over my shoulder to see if she was still there. I ran right into something hard and warm, causing me to land on my ass again.

Rubbing my forehead, I looked up to see Aiden towering over me with his hand stuck out. I took it and he effortlessly pulled me up. 'Sorry about that, man, what were you running from any way?' Aiden asked, patting my back. 'My werewolf sister...' I mentally answered but instead I said. 'Thought I saw something, you know, creepy..'

Aiden chuckled, and glanced into the woods I did the same too, there was no sign of Alex. I gawked, it was as if the whole thing was my whole imagination. 'Have you seen Alex, she's not in the house' Aiden asked me, turning his back on the forest and looking at me. 'Are you sure?' I questioned, titling my head to the side to see Alex staggering out of the forest, naked as the day she was born, her hands covered up all her private parts.

Her skin was covered in dirt and dead leaves were embedded in her hair. She glanced at me before looking away and hurrying inside. 'Maybe you should check again...' I started to go up the porch steps when Aiden grabbed my shoulder and turned me around, concern etched across his face.

'Something's going on' it wasn't a question, it was a statement.  I faked a scoff. 'No...' I looked around trying to figure out something to say. 'Everything is as cool as ice, crack a smile, Aiden' 'You're lying,' Aiden growled, tightening his grip on my shoulder. We fell silent for a moment, before the front door opened and Alex stepped out in a pair of shorts and a T-shirt, her skin was free of dirt and her hair was tied up into a messy ponytail.

'What's going on, guys?' Alex stepped out onto the porch and looked between the two of us, having no idea what was going on. 'Aiden...?' Aiden released his hold on my shoulder before passing me and going up the stairs to hug Alex. I nodded awkwardly to myself before passing them. 'I'll leave you two alone then..' then going inside. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, if you look to the side, you'll see the new Alexis, I think Megan Fox suits the character more so yeah :) I know I said that I'd put it up later this week but I just couldn't wait, haah, soo..vote amd comment down below, next chapter is in Alexis' point of view!
