Crimson Love by Fhrell Cee
Crimson, bright, it shines like gold
the color that I offer you.
Crimson, it warms the cold,
a love sweeter than honey dew.
Crimson love I hold for you.
Orange, all clouds were painted with
the day our destinies had crossed.
Orange, the ambience of the smile that did
melt my sleeping heart from frost.
Orange was the color that we lost.
Blue was all the world to me
when with another you had gone.
Blue was the sun and leaves of trees
when you told me "we are done."
Blue was the color left, a lonely one.
Black had shadowed all my shattered soul
devoid of warmth that love can bring.
Black, a heart that plots a wicked goal,
to seek revenge, cause suffering.
Black, the clothes I wore at your wedding.
Crimson, the love I offered you,
the love, denied, you dared.
Crimson, on my hands, flows for you,
when ours hearts beating, I bared.
Crimson love and death we shared.
A/N: It's rather a dark and lonely poem and I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote this. But I like how it sounded and I like how it went. Although it seems a bit ... lonely. Tell me what you think. Wrote this on 08 Dec 13, ~fCee
