PART 11;

(Ali’s Point of View)

I slipped my coral shirt over my head, feeling the soft material against my skin, it felt nice. My shorts were already on and tight against my stomach, but not too tight. After slipping on my silver sperry’s, I walked out the bathroom door, my hair still messy and ratted out from sleeping. I glanced over at the clock, I took longer than I thought, I took almost 20 minutes in the bathroom. I found everything as it was before I changed in the bathroom. I dropped my other clothes into the hamper that was provided. The room was strangely nice, and comfortable, it had two beds in it, a bathroom and a small shower, it was quiet in the room, something I never noticed before, the hotel was always quiet, it was great.

I looked around, absorbing my surroundings, taking it all in. I found Alex laying on the couch, rustling around in his sleep, it was cute. I made my way out of the bedroom, being as quiet as I could, making sure I didn’t wake Alex.

------------------

I knocked on the door next to mine anxiously, waiting for an answer.

“Open up, open up,” I whispered, impatient. “Come on,”

I heard the clicking of the unlock, and Dave opened the door, rubbing his eyes, he must have been sleeping, too.

“What do you need, Ali? Why are you up so early?” Dave asked, yawning. I shrugged my shoulders, before asking him a question.

“Is anyone else awake? I know Alex isn’t, and you just woke up, is Austin awake?”

“Yeah, he is. He’s downstairs, eating breakfast, I suppose, he left the room after he was done with his shower and dressed, that’s where he should be anyway,” Dave said, I nodded, walking away. He closed the door.

I jogged down the two flights of stairs, deciding against the elevator. I walked into the lobby, looking around for any sign of Austin, I was extremely bored. I spotted him sitting at a round table, picking at his waffle. I sat down across from him.

“Hey,” I said, causing him to bring his head up, looking at me.

“Hey,” he replied, smiling warmly. “Why are you up so early?”

“Shouldn’t I be asking you the same thing?” I replied jokingly. He laughed quietly, and spaced out a bit. “Austin, what’s wrong?”

“Nothing,” he mumbled, shaking his head.

“Okay then,” I said, going to grab a doughnut, before sitting back down across from him.

“Do you want to go to a movie tonight before we perform?” Austin asked me, as I took the last bite of my doughnut.

“Sure, what would we go and see?” I asked, thinking about the movies that were in theaters now.

“Scary Movie 5, Identity Thief, or 42?” he asked, leaving me to decide on which movie we were going to see.

“Scary Movie 5?” I said, but it sounded more like a question, waiting for approval from him.

“Yeah, that’s fine. I heard it’s extremely funny,”

-----------------------------

I sat down in the way back before the movie started, each of us holding a small coke and a large popcorn for us both to share.

------------------------------

“Oh my gosh! That was hilarious,” Austin breathed out, before throwing away his empty cup.

“That one part when she- oh it was so funny,” I said, laughing, walking out of the theater.

“Let’s get back, we have to get ready to perform, and I bet Dave and Alex are wondering where we are,” he said, waving over a taxi.

After paying the taxi driver, we hopped out and raced into the hotel.

“Quit running!” the man at the front desk yelled at us, I slowed down, keeping up with Austin and his long strides.

“Gosh Aus, quit walking so fast,” I complained, stopping to stretch.

“Come on you big baby, we’re almost there,” he replied, pointing to our room, that was almost five doors down.

“Okay,” I said, jogging to the door. I grabbed my key and unlocked the door, but what I saw in the room, wasn’t what I expected it to be like when I got back.

The corner, looking like a model

Magazine figure, she was shaped like a bottle

Long straight hair, she was fly as a bird

First time ever I was lost for words
