My head hurts so badly, and I can't open my eyes. What is wrong with me? I can't remember where I am and why. Okay, let's open your eyes Ali. One, two, three.

My eyes flickered open to an unusual room. I am not at home. I moved my head side to side, inspecting the room, inch by inch. I found Austin, Dave, and Alex sitting on the couch. Alex was asleep, Dave was on the phone-probably talking to Austin's mom, and Austin was texting someone. I put my hands to my forehead and started to massage the sides. I groaned as the pain increased three times worse.

I heard footsteps come over by the bed and I looked up, finding Austin half smiling at me. I smiled back, but it probably looked like a whale giving birth.

"How are you feeling?" he asked, his eyes looking worried. I shrugged and played with my fingers.

"My head hurts really bad," I mumbled to him, I looked over at him and he just nodded. "Where am I, Austin?" He sighed.

"Al, you're in the hospital. This girl fan of mine pushed you down to get to me. You fell and hit your head really hard on the tile floor," It all came back to me now, that blonde pushed me over and Alex was a little bit in front of me. He saw me fall but couldn't catch me in time before my head hit the floor, and it was all black from there. "You've been unconscious for about 2 hours and have a concussion." I breathed in deeply, taking all the information. I felt someone take my hand and looked to the left and saw Alex smiling at me. Dave was at the edge of the bed, now talking to Austin.

"Excuse me, but Ali should be able to leave the hospital now. Just give her some pain meds and have her ice her head on and off every hour or so." a nurse said, and walked out of the room.

I flipped the bed covers off of me and stepped off the bed slowly. I was relieved to see I was still in my clothes, and not in one of those hospital robes. I found my flip-flops in the corner and looked over at the boys.

"Can we go now?" I asked, they knew I hated hospitals, ever since I had seen my sister Erica there after her wreck and what they had done to her, I can't stand being in a hospital anymore. They nodded and Alex grabbed my hand, helping me through the hallways.

"I'm so sorry," he whispered quietly so only I could only hear it. Oh god, he was blaming himself for me falling.

"Alex, it wasn't your fault. And I'm fine, just a small headache." the last part was a total and complete lie. By head was pounding and I could barely think straight. I squeezed his hand and assured him I was okay. He nodded-he could see straight through my lies.

When we finally made it to Dave's rental car, I went into the back seat, wanting to just lie down and go back to the hotel. Austin sat down beside me, Alex taking shotgun. I laid my head on Austin's shoulder and closed my eyes.

"Ali, wake up. We're at the hotel." I heard Austin's voice ring through my ears and I pulled open my eyes. I sat up and stretched out my arms and legs, then grabbed the side of the door to help me get out of the car. Once I was out we walked up to the front desk to grab our keys to our rooms. Austin and I were sharing a room, because we all knew nothing would happen between us, plus we had shared a room many times before at his house. Dave and Alex shared a room across the hall from us. Dave grabbed my bag and sat it beside my bed in the room. I smiled and sat down at the end of the bed and furrowed my eyebrows together, thinking about how I was going to the concert tonight.

"What are you thinking about?" Austin asked, I looked over at him and smiled.

"How am I going to do the concert if I can't even think straight!" I exclaimed loudly. Austin chuckled, and shook his head at me.
