This is probably the most common person or group in your school. In fact, most of my school is made up of annoying people.
And we can't do much to get rid of them either.
These annoying people may disturb your precious learning time. They might make you loose your patience or they might make you want to hurt them. Whatever they do, its usually annoying.
Then, you get the teachers, who just DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU. AT ALL. I really do respect all my teachers, but when they refuse to sneak in a free lesson on the last day of school, before summer break... THAT'S JUST ANNOYING. And then when the teacher makes you copy out sentences from a book, whilst he/she sips on a nice cup of coffee and begins marking other work.
Also, what's with doing P. E (physical education or gym) in rubbish weather. Sometimes it's so cold outside that we could probably freeze to death. :(
Most of the time our P.E teachers stand with a whistle in their hand and a winter coat on. Though, we are allowed to wear our schools long sleeved 'warm' shirt, with as much layers underneath. BUT STILL.
Annoying Girls.
You may or may not find that group of girls who spend there entire lunch and break 'fixing' their eyeliner or lip gloss that apparently smudged. Now, Its not that I don't ever have a little check up ( is that the right word) of my ever frizzy hair. But when you spend the entire break hogging the mirror, It gets ANNOYING.

ANNOYING BOYS
To all the boys who pretend to be big and strong and bad. STOP. PLEASE. STOP. It's really annoying to see you trying so hard. Swearing and slapping each others heads is about as bad as you will ever get so STOP. Be yourself.
