Chapter 1

Lydia's POV

The smell of alcohol overwhelmed me once I stepped into the house. I coughed and turned around looking for Allison

"Damn it Allison why'd I let you bring me" I said to myself. Once I found her, she was with Scott and Isaac setting up beer pong. I rolled my eyes and went inside to try to find a non alcoholic drink, since I'm driving home tonight

"Heeeeey!" I heard the perky voice of no one other than Stiles Stilinski. I smiled and walked up and gave him a hug,

"Great party, huh?" I said sarcastically

"Yeaaaah it's pretty good" he said giving one of his goofy smiles. His smiles always make me smile, and I don't know why.

"Are you drinking tonight?" I asked him

"Nah, I gotta drive Scott" he said eating a chip, "what about you?"

"Nope. I gotta drive Allison" I said and he nodded. It was silent for a minute until I heard him chuckle. I looked over and saw him smiling at the table

"What are you laughing at?" I nudged him

"Do you remember when we went ice skating and I was trying my hardest to get you to like me by giving you the hints about the 2 people being together, who no one ever thought would be together, and you thought I was talking about Allison and Scott?" he laughed again. I smiled at the memory,

"No, I knew you were talking about us" I said. His smile turned into a serious face,

"Wait- really?" He asked in denial. Before I could say anything, we heard the door loudly open to show us a drunken Scott McCall. I laughed and heard Stiles sigh

"God- dude- the party started like 30 minutes ago and you're already this drunk?" he asked him

"Let's play a game" Scott said in the obvious drunk tone. Allison and Isaac came in and people started crowding around, "Let's play truth or dare" he continued

"Now lets seeeee, who should be my first victim" he said pointing with one finger around the room, with a beer bottle in the other hand

"Erica" he pointed at the gorgeous Erica Reyes

"I dare youuuu" he said dragging out the word 'you', "to go make out with Derek Hale". She shrugged her shoulders and got up,

"Be right back" she said walking away and I smiled at her confidence. I love that chick.

"Let's seeee- Jackson. I dare YOU, to kiss Lydia" Scott said and I rolled my eyes

"Been there done that, I don't need a history lesson on what it's like to kiss Lydia Martin again" he said eating an apple and I rolled my eyes again and Stiles rubbed my back, knowing I was annoyed

"Fine. Then Lydia- you kiss Stiles" Scott said and I froze

"Why are you daring everyone to kiss people?" I asked obnoxiously

"Because Lydia, we're not in elementary school" he said with his drunken attitude, "Why can you not do it? Are you scared? Are you afraid it'll ruin your guys' friendship?" he said fakely in an asshole tone. I hate when Scott gets drunk.

"You don't have to do it Lydia it's fine" Stiles whispered to me

"You don't think I'll do it?" I asked Scott raising my eyebrow and he nodded. I held my head high and turned towards Stiles,

"Well looks like I'll just have to prove you wrong" I said; before Stiles could say anything, I leaned forward and pressed my lips against his. Our lips moved in perfect sync, and was literally a flawless kiss. His lips were so soft and it feels like our lips were made for each other. We slowly leaned away and I looked him in his brown hazel eyes, and saw nothing but astonishment.

"Daaaaaamn, Lydia Martin has more balls than I thought!" Scott said, "alright who's next?" he said looking around, but the only thing I was focused on was Stiles. I kissed my best friend, and I liked it. I'm not supposed to like it! We're best friends! But- I couldn't help but take in all his features. His brown hazel eyes. His pink plump lips. His little freckles and moles. The way he still had his lips parted and his furrowed eyebrows in what reminded me of sympathy.

"Wh-" he tried to say something, but nothing would come out, as the same for me.
