(Y/n)'s POV :

Me and Shawn have been dating for 2 years and going smooth in our relationship. but since Shawn gained popularity, things are getting in the way.

One time, my not so close friend told me that Shawn is actually embarrassed of having a girlfriend like me (just a normal person, not famous or anything), and he is just using me when he is bored and when he is not bored or in the celebrity world, he gets cozy with Camila cabello which is a fifth harmony member.

I don't know if it is true, but all of this pictures of him and camilla is bothering the heck out of me.

He came home, drop his things on the floor, grabs my waist lean in to kiss my lips. i turn my face so he ends up kissing my cheek. He gives me the 'whats wrong' look, but i just ignore him and went upstairs to our bedroom.

He followed me upstairs and heads to the bathroom to take a shower. i scroll trough tumblr, youtube, Instagram, looking at his pictures with Camila.

A few minutes later he comes out of the shower, shirtless, and plops on the bed next to me.

"Hey, whatcha doin'?" He asks as if i wasn't mad

"Just looking at the new hot couple, you know.. this guy called shawn mendes and camila cabello, they look cute together" i said and he chuckles.

"All of this ignoring, salty face, silent treatment, because of this? Come on, (y/n), you are the only girl i love, do i have to say that everyday to make you believe?" he said and wraps his arms around my waist

"It is not just that, someone told me that you are embarrassed of having a girlfriend like me and you are just using me, no wonder why you don't want to show me off to the public" i said with tears in my eyes, i cover my face with my hands and slide under the covers

He opens the covers, picks me up and put me on his lap so that i was straddling him. he looked at me deep in the eyes with love and care.

"Who told you that (y/n)?" he asks

"A friend of mine, and it makes sense because if you look at this pictures with you and camila, the rumors, flirting over twitter, how she teaches you spanish and you teach her guitar, you could clearly see that these people have a thing going on" i mumbled

He hugs me and swayed me side to side, he kisses my cheek every now and then.

"You wanna know why i don't show you off to the media?" he asks and i nod, "try to look at the pictures of me and camila, people are hating on her, you know, all the fangirls just can't accept her. does that sound like the stuff that you want? i don't want people to bother our relationship, thats why i just want to keep this to ourselfes, just for us to know" he said and kisses my forehead repeatedly making me blush and smile.

"And do you really believe your friend that i'm just using you? after all this years we've been dating and you still believe stuff like that?. long story short, a person said to me that you are just using me for my money" i looked up at him in disbelief

"Really? i would never do that"

"Yes, and i know that you would never do such things, thats why i just ignored it"

"I'm sorry for being so negative shawn" i hugged him tight

"Thats okay, you are cute when you're mad" he chuckles and i punch his arm playfully. "i still haven't got my kiss tho" he added.

I put my hands on his cheeks and press my lips against his, the kiss was slow, sweet, yet passionate.

"Ya happy?"
"I am always happy" he press his lips against mine one more time.

I looked down and see shawn's phone, and HE IS ON SNAPCHAT.

"Did you just took a picture?!"

"Nope, i took a video"

"Shawn... i thought-"

"Shhh... they can't even see your face so that's okay right? it also shows that me and Camila are not dating"

"Okay.. Netflix and chill?"

"Netflix and chill"
