River turned around slowly. A tall man stood there. He had grey hair and wore clothes that she would consider very 'magician like'. However there was something about him that was undoubtable friendly and familiar.
"Who are you, and how do you no who I am?" River asked hand gliding unnoticeably to her gun holster.
"Riv, It's me." the Scottish man said with a small gesture at himself.
"Ok, let me try that again. I know I have a new face but-"
And with that it clicked in Rivers mind she knew exactly who this was. But first she was going to toy with him.
"I am still your husband and the Doctor." The Doctor finished with a bright smile on his face.
"Hello Doctor, but I don't understand. Husband?" River said trying her best to hide her smile.
"B-B-But River?!" The Doctor said confused.
"Just toying with you but lets get inside before we get soaking wet" River said letting that smile hit her face
And that's when The Doctor realised it was raining.
The two ran down the road and into the TARDIS which was conveniently parked around the corner.
