Obsession [ON HIATUS]

Ch2: The boss

Jake at the top or side.

He looked at her through her shower curtain, she turns around slowly to see him there. She screams, but knowing that no one had heard her. She was alone...with him...she had to fight...and live.

He snatched back the shower certain,grabing her because she's wet and the water was going it caused her to slip. Somthing she could use as her advantage, as they fell she bashed his head on the tub causing him the bleed and to be a little unsteady.

She got up trying to run, but he only pulled her back by her leg.

Mika woke up from her terrifying dream, not knowing that very soon that terrifying dream would soon become reality. He was waiting to see her, thinking of her all night not being able to sleep.

He couldn't stop thinking about her, her body, her hair, her voice...her smile.

Mika got up from bed, her heart still racing from her dream. She slowly got dressed trying her best not to think of it, but she couldn't it was planted in her mind. It all felt just to real, she couldn't stop thinking about it.

Mika pulled out a black pencil skirt and a white collard blouse, something simple nothing to flashy. She didnt want to go to work, what happened with Jake last night and her dream was not making her morning any easier.

She constantly wondered what was going on with Jake, and praying that he was ok. She didn't want to go to work but she had no choice, she got dressed and just brushed her hair, no make-up, no mascara nothing but just doing her hair and getting dressed.

She slid on her black and white heels and grabbed her things and left. She pulled up to the office, Mariano put extra special care into his appearance for work this morning, wanting to charm the chocolate beauty.

Mika came into work with a slight smile on her face, worried and just a little stressed. She knew she shouldn't let things get to her but she couldn't help it.

"Good morning Mika" Mariano smiled.

Mika slightly looked at him,trying her best not to be rude.

"Good morning sir" she said trying to proceed to her office, but he grabbed her arm.

"Mika would you like to join me for luch this after noon?" he asked politely.

"I think it's best I rather not sir, I have a boyfriend. I'm not comfortable with that..."

He frowned, a boyfriend...well he should have figured it out by now she was to beautiful to be single.

"Well I have to respect that...I understand. What's the lucky mans name?"

Mika smiled taking this as her chance to show him that she is not interested.

"His name is Jake, he's in the military he'll be coming back home in a few weeks" she slightly smiled a wave of sadness washed over her.

"How old is he?" he asked, wanting to know rather personal things abiut him.

Mika frowned, he was starting to ask a little to much.

"He's 26"

He slowly smiled, not wanting too but he did, he didn't want to show the jealousy that was brewing inside. That man that she called her boyfriend got to have her when he pleased, he got to touch her to hold her...all things that Mariano himself wanted to do.

"Well sir I think it's best I get to my work now..." Mika said walking off minding her own business.

She wanted nothing to do with that man,
