Hybrid Witch| ᴿᵉᵐᵘˢ ᴸᵘᵖⁱⁿ

Time of the month

Five figures stepped out from under the invisibility cloak and looked at the whomping willow.

"Hurry up wormtail!" James whisper yelled looking at a sickly pale Remus. Peter quickly transformed into a rat and walked to the roots of the willow. The tree immediately stilled and the group changed into their animal forms.

James was a stag which went with his nickname Prongs. Sirius was a dog that looked like the Grimm. Finally was Liz her animal form was... different. She turned into a tiger that was black with white stripes and her eyes seemed to glow a bright green.

Remus quickly went into the willow followed by his friends. As soon as they went into the shrieking shack he started to transform. A few cracks could be heard and he screamed in pain. Soon the figure in front of the four animals was a werewolf. The beast tried to get out but Stripes blocked his path. He went to the wall and attempted to claw his way out. Captivity made the werewolf mad and it tried to attack the four figures. Prongs blocked the claw with his antlers.

The werewolf howled and the four animals knew that it would be a long night.

(Back at Hogwarts)

The Cullens stiffened when they heard a howl in the distance. "What's that?" Nessie asked.

"Jacob are any of the pack patrolling tonight?" Bella asked the shapeshifter.

"No that Dumbledore guy said not to. Something about it being a full moon. Maybe there's werewolves." Jacob joked. Everyone looked at the shapeshifter.

"There probably is. That's why they call you shapeshifters. Your different from werewolves when they transform they could kill their best friend not even knowing who they are." Carlisle says.

"That's horrible." Esme says putting a hand over mouth.

"There are some werewolves that purposefully transform near villages so they can turn other people or even kill them. Others had no choice when it comes to who they are."

"I wonder what kind of werewolf is out there." Emmet says pointing out the window. A gasp is heard and everyone turns to Alice who's eyes are glassed over.

"What to you see Alice?" Jasper asks putting his hand on her arm.

"There's some sort of monster and four animal are surrounding it. There's a stag, a large dog, a rat and a tiger with black and white stripes. They're in some type of shack and the monster is destroying everything. I think it's the werewolf." She holds up five fingers and counts down to zero. As soon as she hits zero another howl is heard.

"Werewolves and shapeshifters look nothing alike." Edward mumbles.

(Early in the morning)

The students sneak back into Hogwarts while James and Sirius help carry Remus. Each and everyone of them looks pale and tired but Remus looks the worst. They walk into the hospital wing knowing Dumbledore will already have told Madam Pomfrey to prepare beds for them.

They put Remus in bed and then go to their own beds. Welcoming the darkness.

I know it's a short chapter but it was Remus' time of the month.
