Well, at least I tried to shadow travel anyway. I guess Will was right, because as soon as I tried to control the shadows, two things happened. One, my energy drained faster then ever before, and the two, Will created light, dispersing the shadows that I needed to make my escape. I collapsed, and Will pulled me up, onto the bed and into his lap. I looked up at him, and with the last of my energy, I asked something that had been bugging me for a long time. "Why do you care Will?" Will looked at me in total shock. "How could I not? You're sweet," I huffed, but he continued as if I hadn't said anything. "fun to be around, sarcastic, not to mention funny," I started blacking out, Will not noticing, and was still rambling about me. My breathing became shallow and Will looked at me in a panic. My vision blurred, and as I drifted Will started shouting my name repeatedly. "Don't worry Sun-baby," I murmured. "I'm not going anywhere." Will smiled, calming down. "OK Sunshine. I'm going to hold you to it." I fainted, a small smile playing on my lips.
