Chapter 14: The date (Part 2)

I quickly showered, and brushed my teeth. I walked over to the bed sighing. At least the clothes were (sorta) my style. . . . I pulled up the gray skinny jeans, and shrugged on the dark blue button up. There was a hesitant knock at the door. I finished tying my black high top converse, and walked over to the door. I opened it, and was shocked at the sight. Will stood there, looking nervous and kept glancing around. He smiled when he saw me, and (once again) started to glow. He also was wearing a collared shirt, but it was a deluded yellow color. He was wearing dark jeans. His shirt was tucked into his jeans, and he was wearing a leather belt. Not that I was looking or anything. . . . . I swallowed, and made eye contact with him. He grinned, and shoved me into my cabin, slamming the door behind him. My heart beat sped up as he backed me against the wall. He leaned closer and my breath hitched. "Hi." His breath caressed my lips. "H-hi." I squeaked. He grinned widely, and harshly kissed me. I wrapped my arms around him, and he grasped my waist, pulling me closer. I gently disentangled myself panting. I smiled. "The date? We don't want to mess up our clothes do we?" He just smirked and leaned closer. "Are you sure?" My heart pounded and I nodded my breathing shallow. Will leaned away laughing. He kissed my cheek. "Ready to go Sunshine?" I nodded. We straightened our shirts, and fixed our hair. Or I tried to. It didn't want to cooperate so I gave up. We walked out the door, and headed over to the Big House. We walked up the porch, to wear Mr. D and Chiron were playing Pinochle. Chiron looked up and smiled. "We have to tell you something, that we're not ready for others to know." Both nodded as Will said this. "Swear on the river Styx that you won't tell anyone else." Both swore, Mr. D looking bored and not remotely interested. "I-" I glanced at Will before continuing. "I'm gay." Mr. D didn't even react, but Chiron looked a little surprised. Then he smiled. "Congrats on coming out Nico," He said kindly, the corners of his eyes crinkling. "and I'm guessing the second thing you wanted to tell me was you're dating Will and wanted permission to leave camp?" I was stunned, but nodded mutely."H-How-" Will stuttered. (It wasn't because of how they were dressed and standing closer to each other than usual or anything. . . .) Chiron just winked and made a shooing motion with his hand. "Oh go on, I need to get back to beating Dionysus at Pinochle." He turned away and we started to walk towards the Pine Tree, listening to Mr. D and Chiron argue about who's turn it was.
