~Sara's POV~

When I pulled the keys out of my pocket to get into Zayn's flat, I could hear the footsteps behind me. I wasn't scared because I knew exactly who it would be. I opened the door as quickly as I could, but I left it open as I walked into the living room to turn the lights on.

"Sara, what are you doing?" Louis was standing in the doorway, out of breath, with the morning sky playing as his background.

"I think I might go back to Framlingham. I need to be home where people actually care about me." He started to speak, but I held up my hand. "I know how you and the other three feel, but if I'm being honest I feel I should tell you that Zayn's oppinion of me is the only one that I think will ever matter. I love you boys more than anything. You make it possible for me to make it out of bed. But I need to go home to get myself together." I sighed and looked around the room.

"You don't have to leave. You can come live with Harry and I in our shared flat. I'll give up my room and sleep on the couch. You can't leave Sara." I looked over at him and smiled a very small smile.

"I can't stay. I can't be around you guys knowing that Zayn might be with you. Knowing that he might be there later on, or he was just there. He is amazing, and everything to me, no matter how badly he hurt me today." I was shedding a few tears now.

"You can't just leave. Sara, who is back in Framlingham for you?" I shook my head.

"What does that matter?" I crossed the room and set a hand on his shoulder. "I don't need anyone. The less people around me and my..." I stopped and backed away from him. "Drama." I cleared my throat. "The better."

"You know that Zayn didn't mean that. He still loves you more than you know."

"You know that he reallyhas no clue about some things, right? He doesn't know where I'm from. He never asked for my parents names. He barely remembers my middle name. He doesn't act like he cares about me, Louis. Never has, never will. It was all pity from what I can tell. And no matter how much I love him, he will never make me the one for him. I haven't even met his family yet. I think it would just be better if I left and got out of your lives forever."

"He doesn't know our parents names?" Louis was looking at me like I had three heads.

I ignored his question, and kept talking. "He once told me that he would try to remember everything I ever told him. He even asked me not to leave him once. I remember everything that we've been through. It sucks."

"None of this relationship has been pity, Sara." Liam said as he stepped through the door.

"He really does love you." Harry was smiling at me, but I could see the tears in his eyes.

"Not anymore, guys." I whispered before dropping onto the couch.

"He can't love you if there's nothing left to love." The voice came from the back of the room. I stood and backed up right before Toby stepped out of the shadows and pointed the gun at me.

"Toby, you know that you don't want to do that."

"I have done everything for you." He took a step closer and Liam tried to sheild me, but I pushed him back to his spot between Harry and Niall.

"Other than kidnap Gemma and try to kill me and my friends a couple of times, you've done nothing. You tried killing those who mean most to me. You killed Lisa, and God knows what happened to Jake. You're not a savior, you're a monster."

"I killed Lisa because she hurt you. I tried to kill your friends because they are going to hurt you. You can't be with anyone but me. They will all be the end of you. But with me, I will keep you safe forever. If you don't want to be with me, I will end it." I stepped back, my heartbeat spiking.

"End what, Toby?"

"Your life."

"And what do you have after you end my life?"

"Nothing." I nodded and took a three steps towards him.

"Exactly. You can't kill me. You need me." He grimaced.

"Don't come an closer to me, Sara." He backed up.

"You're not used to letting your feelings show. You're always so guarded. Is that why your parents sent you away?" I lifted my arm and stared into his eyes.

"Sara. Stop." Louis stepped forward but Liam grabbed his arm.

"You need me, Toby. You need me." His hand tightened on the gun and he shut his eyes.

What happened next went way too fast.

There was a gunshot.

Someone behind me screamed as I fell to the floor.

A phone started ringing.

Liam went forward.

There was another gunshot.

Everything went black.

A/N: Okay, I know this one isn't as long as I keep promising and I'm sorry! But I have had so much going on that it has been so hard to find the time to write. Let me know what you think of this chapter in the comments below and please vote for me if you want! I'm almost to chapter 20. This story is probably going to end around chapter 22 or so. So it's almost over. I will, however, go back through and rewrite some of it. So, when it's done, you could probably go back through and read it again just to get the full story. There is a lot missing from the early chapters. Seriously though. I love everyone who reads my stories. You mean the world to me. Thank you so much for putting up with the slow updates.

I would, however, love it if I could get some serious feedback from you guys. I could really use it right now. Thanks!
