Chapter Three

When all the kids were out of their homes, Helena stares deeply at the limo. She glides her hands against the shiny back frame, only to get scolded by a man wearing glasses and a suit to not put her dirty fingerprints on the car. She stops in her tracks and growls angrily, about to take down the man, but Evie stops her from doing so. She sees Jay walking towards her with his beanie off, knowing all too well something's up.

"What did you steal?" Helena asks quietly. Jay gives her a quick glimpse of a small silver crown, which makes her smirk.

"Now, trade you for that ruby gemstone necklace that your mom owns." Jay says.

Helena turns her head to take a quick glance at her mom and immediately takes a necklace out of her pocket and switches items with Jay. He takes back his beanie and puts it on his head.

"Sweet, my first Auradon souvenir!!" She says (quietly) in a sing-song way, stuffing the silver figure into her jacket pocket.

"Come back here!!" She turns her head and sees Carlos coming her way while throwing his bag in the truck and entered in the limo. Helena herself threw here stuff into the truck and literally jumped in the limo. She lands face first onto the floor, making Carlos burst into laughter.

They were all in the limo, all crammed at the back. Helena swore she heard the driver call them 'jackals', making her furious but Carlos and Jay were holding her back from attacking the man. First for calling her dirty, now for calling them jackals.

Helena sat in between Jay and Carlos, wrapping her arms around theirs, like she usually does. It gave her a sense of security knowing the people she trusts are always by her side (even when it's literal).

"Bring home gold!!" Jafar says aloud

"Bring home a puppy!" She hears Cruella call out.

"Bring home a handsome prince!"Evil Queen says after that.

"Bring home a beheaded head!" Her mother says, making Helena cover her face with her hands in embarrassment. "I-I meant white roses."

"Hey," Carlos says, "at least she didn't say bring a beheaded body!"

"How's that the brightside?!" Helena says angrily, "A head is creepier than a headless body."

Suddenly, Helena and the boys notice shelves of candy in front of them. The three smirk and soon they were fighting over the candies. Smacking each other, pushing each other away and yelling at each other. The stacks were now a complete mess.

Helena took five red and pink gumballs and stuffed all of them in her mouth. Slowly chewing it. It was like an explosion of taste in the form of a hard candy with something soft in the middle. She's heard of gumballs but never really tried it.

"You look a little washed out. Let me help you out." Evie offers Mal to put her makeup on.

"Stop, I'm plotting." Mal says to Evie.

"Well, it's not really attractive." Evie tells her making Mal roll her eyes. Evie looks to Helena who was slowly chewing her gumballs, looking like a chipmunk. "Now that, may not be attractive, but purely adorable!"

Helena rolls her eyes and continues to chew. Evie takes a stick of rock candy and begins to eat it. As Helena was finally able to chew her gumball properly, she feels Carlos tapping her shoulder.

"Try this!" He says, with his mouth stuffed with brown candy.

He gives her a tiny piece of the brown candy he was eating and she just stares at it. She opens the window and throws her gum outside, quickly closing it and was about to eat the candy Carlos gave her.
