Chapter19~ Why?

I crouched there up in the tree waiting they would be coming soon. We had to leave camp and set up a n false one to fool the adults. Apparently they were stupid enough to use magic. Ha! As if they could beat Pan with magic? On Neverland? They really are dumb. My hands gripped around the dagger I would kill Hook with the weapon he'd given me. I'd take his life just like he'd taken my sister's. After all it was his fault my father wasn't around he could of helped her maybe. Maybe if he was around she would of died that winter.

They approached and I frozen ready and waiting there he was the man I planed to kill it was time and I was ready they shouted to "henry" and Peter turned to look at them grinning saying "Oh Emma cheaters never win" that was the signal I swooped down from the tree but I ended up battling some one else Emma I believe? I had to get to hook! I needed to kill him! She swung her sword at me and I dodged it and ran past her but by the time I was almost to hook Peter called us back and I had to go! No it wouldn't be! I had to kill him it was the only way to avenge my family!! When we got back to camp I ran up to him. "Pan!" I called he was walking into the forest. "Pan!" I called louder, but still no response. "Peter!!!" I yelled once more and suddenly he whipped around staring at me blankly.

"What is it?"

I walked toward him "why?" I asked desperately.

"Why what? You should be more specific"

That arrogant jerk!! "You know what" I told him frowning. "Why didn't you let me kill him?" I asked my voice quiet but I knew there was an underlying sadness that I just couldn't hide.

"Oh Fallon" he said with a hint of pity in his voice I scowled slightly not liking it, however most of his face displayed a smirk which I disliked even more. "I need Hook alive.."

"I thought you said I could kill him." I said through gritted teeth."

"And you can" he replied placing his hand on my cheek it was warm and felt nice and was a but distracting and also annoying. He looked into my eyes "just not yet." and with that he turned walking deeper into the forest.

"Pan!" I called after him but he was gone. "I can't believe this" I groaned to myself as I trudged back toward camp.

I heard a caw and suddenly I felt a distinct pair of talons bearing into my skull. I laughed "Kia! Stop it" I smiled and he fluttered down on to my shoulder. "Hello, how are you?" I turned my head awkwardly trying to see him. He cocked his head to the side and I sighed. "Don't worry about me I'll be fine we'll get him okay? I promise we'll kill him and avenge her death." Kia cawed that sprung off of my shoulder flying ahead down the path. "Don't leave me" I called after him, before following him down the path. Tomorrow would be a new day, and a chance for me to get the information that I needed to create my battle plan.
