I'm that girl
who sings and twirls
during the rain.I wear my boots,
oversized sweatshirt
and head out.I let myself get soaked,
lost in the water
and endless grey sky.I laugh when a raindrop falls,
a frenzy of motion
when lighting strikes. If the thunder booms,
I'm right there
screaming with it.It's a constant downpour in my head,
I'm just going through with the motions
to be okay.

Out There
PoetryPoems from my mind, which is out there scattered in the galaxy. This book will tend to be off, but that's ok.
