Cameron's POV
3 weeks later

"Faith wake up were going to be late for school." I said rubbing her face with my thumb. "Its so earlier." She whined. "I know but the Jefferson game is today and you gave to be there in order to play." I smiled. "Then what am I still doing in bed." She said shooting up and rushing to the bathroom. "Well that was easy." I chuckled.

Faith got out the hospital 2 weeks ago and she is already back to her normal self. She has great grades, she's back on the soccer team, and she was nominated homecoming queen.

As for me , I can walk now due to the help of Faith. I'm still the average student that barely anyone knows. Everyone refers to me as Faiths boyfriend which is fine but I'm my own person too. I unfortunately wasn't nominated for homecoming king but that's okay because the night is still going to be special for Faith.

"Should I wear my red or blue cleats?" Faith asked holding them up. "Blue." I answered and she nodded and put them in her soccer bag. "You look hot in your warm up." I said smirking at her. "I hate these things." She sighed.

"The pants are to big but other than that its fine." I told her. "They're so long I feel like I'm going to trip." She pouted. "I promise I will be there to laugh." I smiled and she glared at me.

"Are you ready?" I asked grabbing my bookbag. "Yep." She nodded. I grabbed her soccer bag for her and we made our way out to her car. "Your driving." She said tossing me the keys. "I actually get to drive thee Faith Carters car." I gasped. "Don't flatter yourself." She chuckled.

"Your going to be at the game right?" She asked. "I wouldn't miss it for the world." I smiled. "Thank you." She said returning a smile.

"You wanna know what I don't get?" I asked. "What?" She said raising an eyebrow. "Why  do we drive to school when its literally 5 minutes away." I chuckled as I parked the car. "Well you wouldn't want my hair to get frizzy, would you?" She chuckled.

"Just kidding I'm not that kind of person." She told me. "That's hard to believe." I said jokingly. "I'm a person that goes with the flow." She told me. "Sure you are." I chuckled getting out the car.

I grabbed my bookbag and her soccer bag out the back seat while she got out the cat. "Ready to face the beautiful world of school?" I asked scrunching my nose. "Indeed." She said in a British accent. "Indeed." I said holding my hand out for her and she smiled and grabbed it.

"I can take my bag." She said grabbing it off my arm. "No you can't." I said taking it back. "Cameron people are going to think I'm a bitch." She whispered. "I don't  think that, so it doesn't matter." I shrugged. "Well than let me hold your bag." She said looking up at me. "Faith its seriously fine if I didn't want to carry your bag I wouldn't." I told her.

"Well I'm holding  the door for you." She said running off to the door and opening it for me. "Thank you." I chuckled. "Your welcome." She said grabbing my hand and skipping as we walked. People gave her weird looks but she didn't care. She was having fun and I definitely was enjoying her happiness.

We walked to her locker and put her stuff away. "I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go to homecoming with me." Faith said as she shoved her soccer bag in the locker. "I'm supposed to ask you." I chuckled. "Well your taking to long and its next week and we haven't discussed our colors." She pouted.

"Who says I want to take you anyway?" I said raising an eyebrow. "That's fine I can always go with Kyle He asked me a long time ago." She shrugged. "As in the loser Kyle?" I chuckled. "He's not a loser." She said softly. "I didn't mean it like that." I sighed.

"Whatever let's go." She said closing her locker. We made our way to first period. I knew she was was upset with me. She gets really upset when people say mean things about others.
