I woke up to what I made out to be the dark place. I was in the woods. The wind flew by the trees, making the trees rustle. I wrapped my jacket tightly around my body, considering it was a bit chilly. I slowly started to walk forward toward the path way that was laid out in front of me.
I was constantly hearing indistinctive noises from every corner.
Suddenly Hexan jumped in front of me, making me jerk back.
"So I see you saw me in your world?" He had a devilish smirk. "Don't worry you'll see plenty more of us." he laughed
demonically.
"What?! How is that even possible?" I screamed.
Just then a bright light appeared blinding me. I was in what appeared the nurse's office.
My friends Carter and Zach were standing in the corner.
"Dude are you okay?" Carter questioned as he leans in the corner of the room.
My vision was blurry. "Uh yeah. What happened?"
A woman opened the door to the small room. She wore a white nurse's outfit.
"Hi I'm nurse Kelly. That was quite the fall you had there." She says as she hands me a bag of ice.
"Did I really faint?"
"Yes. Does that happen a lot?"
"No, not really." I said while rubbing the back of my neck.
"Well just to be sure it doesn't happen again, I called your parents so you can be sent home."
When arriving at home, I throw my bag to the ground and run upstairs to my room. My head was spinning trying to distinct fantasy from reality. Did I really see the demon from my dream in real life?
Maybe I'm just imagining things. I can't tell what really anymore. I suddenly start panting and I feel a weight on my chest. I was having a panic attack. I lay on my bed and try to practice breathing techniques. As I do this, I finally calm down and slowly drift to sleep.
