troublemakers for the turtles

who is causing trouble?

Turtles POV
We were on patrol. Looking for those trouble makers. They have been causing to much trouble for our liking. We were on the TCRI building looking for them.
Mikey : dudes this is so boring, we are looking for them for 3 hours now, can we go home now please.
Donnie : mikey is right leo, we can look again for them tomorrow.
Leo : have a little more patience guys I have a feeling that they will be here any second.
Raph : (groans ) c'mon leo they won't show up any more. We can't sit here all night on the TCRI building with our thumbs up in our noses.
Mikey : (looks at his thumbs ) I don't think they fit.
Raph : it's pointless.
Leo :( smirk ) you sure about that raph.
Raph : they are right below us aren't they ( looks down ) I should have complained 2 hours ago.
Raph's POV
We saw them below us looking for something. As far as i can see there are 3 girls and 1 boy. The first girl had black hair with a blue shine to it and golden eyes. she has a muscle yet thin body, She is wearing a black ninja outfit with dark blue colors going down her chest like water and she got metal pieces on her arms and legs. She is wearing a black mask that covers her whole face except for her eyes. On the top of her mask is the Chinese symbol water written and on her right arm is the trouble makers symbol. It is 2 katanas surrounded by blue fire and in the middle of it there is written:"long live evil".
She has a large blue katana, bow and arrows strapped to her back.

The second girl has ginger hair with a purple shine to it and baby blue eyes. she has less muscle and more thin body but still strong, She is wearing a black ninja outfit with purple colors going down her chest like wind and she got metal pieces on her arms and legs as well. She is wearing a purple mask that covers her whole face except for her eyes. On the top of her mask is the Chinese symbol earth written and on her right arm is the trouble makers symbol. It is 2 katanas surrounded by purple fire and in the middle of it there is written:"long live evil".
She has a little purple katana, bow and arrows strapped to her back. a tessen and shuriken to her sides.

The last girl has blonde hair with a orange shine to it and brown eyes. she has a more muscle and less thin body, She is wearing a black ninja outfit with orange colors going down her chest like vains and she got metal pieces on her arms and legs too. She is wearing a black mask that covers her whole face except for her eyes. On the top of her mask is the Chinese symbol wind written and on her right arm is the trouble makers symbol. It is 2 katanas surrounded by orange fire and in the middle of it there is written:"long live evil".
She has a large orange bo staff, bow and arrows strapped to her back. Nunchuks and shurikens to her side.

The boy had black hair with a white shine to it and brown eyes. he has a muscle yet thin body, he is wearing a black ninja outfit with white going down his chest. he is wearing a white mask that covers his whole face except for his eyes. On the top of his mask is the Chinese symbol fire written and on his right arm is the trouble makers symbol. It is 2 katanas surrounded by white and ref fire and in the middle of it there is written:"long live evil".
he has a black bow and arrows strapped to his back.
And sais, Kamas and shurikens to his side.

That boy looks familiar but from where? I thought to myself.
They were moving towards an ally so we decided to follow.
