The Reunion

RIHANNA'S POV.

"Honeyy!!!" I hear my mum yell from down stairs.
"Yeah mum what do you need!" I yell back.
"You have swimming training in 10 minutes so hurry your butt up please" I groan and roll off my bed. Well on the plus side of all this I get to see my coach. I get my speedo bathers on and get my bag ready. I put my towel, my cap & goggles as well as get a drink bottle from the mini fridge I have in my room.

I slip on a big jumper, grab my bad and rush out of my room.
"Ok mum I'm ready to go!!" I yell trying to find her.
"Ok ok let's got our going to be late" we rushed into the 4WD Porsche and speed of down the road. When I looked at the clock and it was 7:05 pm I start at 7 pm on the dot. "Hurry up mum I'm late" I groan. We get there five minutes later and I rush inside the bathroom and take everything I had on off and leave my bathers on. I put my cap on quickly and kiss mum on the cheek on the way out of the bathroom.

"Love you mum see your at 8:15 pm ok?" I ask.
"Ok honey see you then" she says kissing my head one last time. Love that woman to death. I slowly walk in seeing the bright fluro orange singlet worn by a 6ft tall man that has muscle and tanned skin. Oh gee. My hot coach. I sneak up behind him hoping he doesn't notice me.

"Rihanna I'm glad you can join us" he says not turning around " your about... 11 minutes late"
"Ohhh.. heyyyy Ace... didn't see you there" I say awkwardly.
"You saw me clearly now get in there and do 800m of butterfly just in case you forgot how many 23 laps. Now go"
"Hey wait what? that's no fair come on Ace that's just mean" I sulk.
"Go. Now." He whispers. I walk past him slowly only to find his hands rap around my waist. "I missed you Ri don't forget that" he whispers and lets go. Yes he calls me Ri. I jump in the water and start my laps.

1 HOUR LATER...

I get in the shower and get dressed in shorts and a tshirt. I walk outside and wait in the waiting area for mum to come pick me up. She was running a little late but doesn't matter. It hit 8:30 pm an I started to ring my mum and dad... no answer i rang the home phone... no answer. I started to panic something isn't right. By the time 9:00 came around everyone was getting ready to leave only I remained and my coach who was packing up the pool area.

By the time he came out it was 9:30pm. At that stage I had started crying an huddling in a little ball in the corner of the room. He walked up to me and crouched down. "Shhh hey hey Ri where are your parents" he asks pushing the hair out of my face and lifting my chin up with one finger to reveal my tear stricken face.

"I-I don't know, they haven't answered their phone" I cry even more.
Then my phone starts to ring. "See that's probably your mum Ri" he says giving me a gentle smile. I'm to scared to pick up the phone so I make Ace pick it up.

"Hello...yes she's here.... oh ok I see...we will be there as fast as we can...thank you...ok bye." He hangs up the call and looks down.
"Ri we have to go to the hospital"
"Why Ace?" I asked in a shocked face.
"Because your parents had a...."
