THE FIGHT, WU YIFAN

He was never home.

He was rude.

He came home late.

He didn't pay attention to her.

He overworked himself.

He forgot the place, somewhere only they knew...

She was laying on the couch, listening to music with her earphones plugged in, she didn't hear the door being opened, or banged closed.
She laid there, eyes closed.

Even tough she didn't hear the door, she knew he was home. It was 11 pm. He should have been home at 7 pm.

Her songs were mostly exo, but there was the occasional black veil brides song mixed in there. When she heard the black veil brides song, knives and pens, a single tear rolled down her cheek when Andy sang the deep cutting words: and i cant go on without your love, you lost, you never held on.

He saw her laying on the couch. He also didn't miss that one tear.

She got up, not giving one glance at her boyfriend, who was standing near the bedroom door, leaning against the wall.

She walked past him, into their bedroom.
She fell on the bed and plugged in her earphones. The song was Anna Blue - So Alone.
She sang along to the words, leaning against the window.
It had started to rain.

He knocked on the door.

At this point he was holding his head. He made a decicion. He ran to the bathroom.

He took scissors. He started to cut. Staring at the hair falling to the sink, he cried listening to her voice ringing through the house.

(Wake me with your kiss.) Who will care if im not here? If i suddenly dissapeared? No ones gonna notice it at all.

He continued to cut. He thought of exo. Suho, Tao, Xiumin, Lay, Chen, Kai, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, D.O, Sehun, Luhan. How he would miss them.

Dying flowers in my hand, im vanishing from where i stand, it isnt yet too late to get the cure.

He thought of SM. How he hated it all. He wouldnt regret this.

He smiled. But oh how he loved her. Her eyes, her smile, her voice.

After shaving his head he started to wash off his makeup.

He kissed her. He held her face, he had missed her so much.
"Im so sorry." he said while looking her in the eyes.
"Its fine." She said and smiled at him.
"I love you." They said at the same time, smiling like idiots, silent tears staining their cheeks.
The rain had stopped.
