A/N-Thanks, last time I checked, I had 198 reads! Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! Made my day! Thanks. You. Are awesome!!!
-Your P.O.V second person-
Dirty, rotten, nasty kids. You thought to your self.
You couldn't stand the screeching of little midgets, but somehow, whenever you weren't in your box, you absolutely loved it. Maybe Marionette felt the same. You weren't sure.
-time skip-
Later that night yout friend was a little late to work. Not very, just a bit. Twelve minutes wouldn't kill her career. Miserable career, that is. But, it was enough time for the box to unwind and for you and Marionette to climb out. It's not like you couldn't just come out whether the box was wound up or not.
You're gonna end up hurting the ones you love.
Who?
Marionette. (bff/n). Phoebe.
Ph-Phoebe's gone.
Is she?
Stop. You're messin' with my mind. My head's spinning all 'cause of you.
Oh no. I'm helping you. Choose the path I've created for you and you will live the life you were destined to live.
Don't even bring that to my mind. I'll live the way I wanna.
As you wish.
You walked around not knowing where to go. As you walked back to the prize counter (is it counter or corner? I'm very forgetful), you couldn't get a clear view of what of what it was, but you could somewhat piece together what it was. A human. It was female. She slowly walked toward you. You backed away a little frightened.
"W-who are you?" You say stumbling backward. The shadow faded away.
Did you see that?
No. I didn't.
Don't lie, puppet.
It's called sarcasm.
Mhm. You'll see her again.
You got up and walked towards the box tripping a little. You clumsily got in almost falling face first. You felt you legs still sticking out the box. You crammed yourself in completey and sighed as you fell in.
Why the sad sigh? Things not how you wanted? You expected life to be perfect with a puppet that only loves you because he's not as heartless as the others?
Shut up. That's not true.
But it is. I have more power than you. And don't say that I'm just a voice. I...am much, much, more.
I don't understand.
You will. Soon enough.
You walked over to the office. You saw your friend talking to what, in this case, who, looked like the figure you saw. Grey baggy sweater, black pants, and black ordinary shoes. Her hair was as dark as midnight. And her skin was as pale as vanilla flavored milk (yes, I have seen vanilla flavored milk, and it is FREAKING pale), maybe even more pale. When she looked at you, her eyes seemed to turn from a neutral blue to a grey, gloomy color.
"Who are you?" You ask.
"Oh, (y/n), she introduced herself as Lauren." (bff/n) replies. You look at her and she smirks.
"Lauren?"
"Yep." (if that's your name, feel free to change). Marionette walks in and a look of relief spreads on his face as he sees you. "Where were you?" He asks smiling a little.
"Oh, so this that Marionette you speak of, (y/n), I see." Lauren says.
"Um...what do you mean? I haven't said anyth-,"
"You know. The only window to my...your life were your eyes. But now..." Her eyes glow red.
"But n-now what?"
Who is this speaking to me?
...
Tell me! You always have an answer for everything! You have knowledge of several things I wanna know! Now tell me!!!
...
Not speaking? How idiotic.
"I am Lauren. Don't you know?"
"N-no. I don't know."
"Well you should, (y/n)."
"How do you know my name?"
"I know a lot more. Your favorite color is (f/c). Your favorite food is (favorite food). You used to have (e/c) eyes. Your hair was (h/l), (h/c). I know a lot more. A lot."
"How?" Lauren fell to the ground coughing.
"Agh...*cough*...I..." She gets up and walks off coughing.
Now, what were you speaking of?
Now you answer?
So who's this mysterious female figure you speak of?
Lauren. She knows me. Somehow.
Mmm. I see. Do you feel you know her?
In a way. She reminds me of someone. I just can't get it into my head who it is.
Me perhaps?
Y-yeah.
Ugh. Yeah. How improper.
Ha.
There was an awkward silence between all three of you as soon as Lauren left.
"How do you know her?" You asked your friend, obviously confused.
"I saw her lurking around, and decided to call her in."
"How?"
"Morse code duh."
"Since when do you...whatever. But how...?"
"Flashlight." You roll your eyes.
So this Lauren person...?
Ah yes. You'll find out. Soon enough. Don't worry. You should get to know her. She's s good person. She'll help you out.
What do you mean? You kn-know her?
Better than I know myself. I fact, as much as I know myself.
Wait...I don't understa-
You were cut off by Lauren walking in.
"O-okay...I'm f-fine."
"Where did you even go?" You asked with a little anger in your tone.
"P-places."
"Yeah, yeah, we all go places. It's what they all say." You glare at her.
"Whatever, so you're (y/n), right? And that's (bff/n), right? And that's Marionette...right?"
"Y-yes. Why and how do you even know?" Lauren's smile was the last thing you saw before you completey blacked out.
-Marionette's P.O.V-
I don't know what to do. (y/n). She's not who I knew before. She's becoming an actual animatronic. Puppet. What ever. Technically both.
"You've caused me nothing but pain. Nothing. But. Pain. You will feel my wrath. Nothing. But. Pain." (y/n) mutters walking towards (bff/n). She raises her hands as if she was gonna harm her in some sort of way.
Instead, I jump in myself and take the hit. All I hear is a gasp before it's lights out.
I'll always love you (y/n). Whether you're an animatronic. Puppet. Or even human. Always (y/n). Always.
Yay!!! Another COMPLETE chapter! I'll try to fit in all the requests I get in the story, but for now, I believe I managed to cram up two in this chapter, right? Anyway, thanks for reading, and see y'all laterz! Peace!
