I wish I can be strong so I can protect the ones I love.
Will it ever come true . . . ?Amber silently trumped across the plain of snow, it was always important to stay aware of your surroundings. Her mafic wings sprouted from her back -- it was a fiery orange and yellow, tinged white at the tips. Her black hair was tied up high with a silver ring. She was wearing a white coat with a black outline and the neck-piece extended up above her mouth.
She was firmly clutching a scroll tied together with a length of red string. An unhatched egg followed her, scuttling beside her every step. They walked past the clearing into the woods. It was dark, with fir trees surrounding them at every side. Above them was a dazzling aurora that was mostly just a green haze with blue edges.
Suddenly, a pack of wolves surrounded them, snarling and distrustful. She judged them carefully, this group could not be reasoned with. One of the wolves lunged itself at the unhatched egg, but Amber saw to it. She undid her neck-piece and her unsmiling face was clearly shown. She jumped up high and landed hard on the wolf. It whimpered and returned to the rest of its pack.
The pack closed in on Amber and the egg. Amber took a deep breath and as soon as the wolves were almost touching her, she blew. A huge fireball erupted from her mouth and burned out the predators surrounding them. Victory was hers.
She looked beside her, to see the unhatched egg bury itself in the snow, safe. Amber's piercing yellow-orange eyes glowed softly. She would never abandon or harm the ones she cared for.
Amber replayed the memory of her fireball. She chuckled. It was like a flaming breath . . . a breath like that of a phoenix . . . a Phoenix Breath.
