I sat beaming at the report in my hand. I had taken a leave for the much anticipated reports. Dan still had no idea and honestly i didn't want him to know. Not like this atleast! I was supposed to give him this news but first I had to call someone else. Someone almost equally important.
I smiled going through the contacts, searching for the name I wanted to call. Aaliya Tripathy. And the phone rang.
I screamed forgetting about my presence at the Starbucks, people not shying from giving me wierd looks. Then giving them an apologetic smile I continued screaming in a hushed tone. The best thing she too seemed equally excited. I hadn't even told her!!
Calming down we both started laughing, our laugh contagious to one another. "Its been such a long time!!" I gushed. "Yeah, exactly 7hrs" she said her tone seeping of sarcasm.
"Whatever!! I got news!" I squealed in excitement.
"I do too!" she squealed back.
