Chapter 12

~Nate~

I awoke in the cold dark room in the same place that i wished was a dream. I felt a strangely warm hand on my shoulder and i squinted looking up. there was Matthias and he looked all better. he gave a gentle kind smile "I'm coming back for you Nate, together we can stop them, stay strong and give us a week to come up with a plan" he promised. I nodded looking at him before he faded away leaving me alone in the dark room.

I had to stay strong for him and found myself slowly scooting towards the food and water bowl that had been refilled. 'great now they really are treating me like an animal. I found myself eating the food strangely finding it great. I was eating what was left of a slice of watermelon when i heard voices nearby. I stopped and looked up to see the door open as if they were letting me up. I pulled a little on my restraints and found that they slipped off easily.

"these were loosened" I muttered to myself rubbing my wrists that were raw from all the struggling I was doing yesterday. I could see small lines of bruises that were forming and mumbled to myself.

"Well good morning mutt" I heard Dethias great from the hallway. I looked up to see him and held back a growl. "Oh don't look at me like that... come along nate you have a video to make for little Matt. He's worried about you"

I let the growl out and glared at him as he came near me. Dark followed close behind and i moved back a little bit. "Come along Nate don't make me have to place those bonds, that I so kindly loosened, back on you."

I looked at Dark and picked up the water bowl. I tilted it to my dry lips and drank from it greatful that it was right there. "Come along Nate" I heard Dethias growl as i finished off the water. I dropped the bowl getting up on wobbly legs. "I already hacked into his brother's phone and i know he's with him right now"

Dark nodded and smirked at me making myself feel sick.As a duo they were impossible to beat, but if I somehow separated them while someone distracted the other I think that we could get rid of these dark sides. I followed with Dark and Deathias and they seated me in a chair. the chair was screwed to the ground. I looked around wild eyed as Dark pulled the straps tightly onto my wrists.

"Don't go anywhere" he chuckled and moved away. Dethias sat behind a computer set and i squinted painfully. "Joey's gonna get the call right now" I see Dethias's evil grin, alighted by the computer light as i could hear joys voice on the other end. The camera's light went red as it began to work.

"Mark keep Matt out of here, make him keep Cali... it's Nate." i heard Joey's voice as I looked at the ground. I knew better than to fight the bond, i had to save my strength for when i could get myself away from here. I had to make sure that Dark didn't hurt Matthias again.

"Joey" I heard Matthias say what seemed to be down a hall.

"Matthias, go play with Cali, i'm just going to make some food for you" Joey lied. I looked up at the camera and mouthed to joey. 'protect him'

"awe look at the brotherly love and trust" Dark smirked and i could see the fangs of his smirk. i shivered and closed my eyes tightly. "Tell Matthias to break the bond and he can have Nate back"

"I wont let him do that" Joey stated protectively.

"Make him stay with Amanda, She can protect him" I yelled. "Dethias refuses to hurt a girl, I saw it in his eyes"

Dethias looked at me with a glare and I knew I had found it, Dethias couldn't hurt a girl and Dark's weakness was his stubbornness and how easily he is messed with. I could use these to my advantage... I squinted and gave a small yelp of pain as dark pulled sharply on my sensitive hair. I clenched my jaw tightly and gave a small whimper like noise.

"who's going to release the bond first, you or him Nate" Dark whispered in my ear as I mustered up a growl.

"Neither you stupid dick" I snapped loudly only to receive a quick and sharp slap to the face.

"don't speak to me like that mutt" He growled and looked at the camera. "Deliver the message or i'll make sure he see's Nate suffer."
