Chapter 14

~Nate~

Fear, that's all I knew when I looked at Dark. He smirked looking at me and the obvious fear on my face. "how about a game of Simon says" He asked as Deathias walked into where Matpat was. I shook my head and closed my eyes. "come on Nate, it will be fun"

"N-No leave me alone" I heard Matpat say. he sounded afraid and I'm sure he was.

I shivered and slowly opened my eyes to look at Dark. "I dont have a choice do I"

"Good, you're learning" Dark chuckled as Matpat was dragged out by Deathias. I looked at him as Dark unbounded my wrists. I stayed sitting as dark backed up some. "Simon says get up" He said pointing at me.

I looked at him and slowly found the strength to stand. Dark smirked as I saw a bandanna wrapped around Matpat's face so he couldn't see. he was struggling against Dethias's grip.

"Simon says tell him who you are by YouTube intro"

"How's it going folks my names Natewantstobattle"

"N-Nate" Matthew stated.

"Don't fight him Mat! Its not going to help."

"Give up your bond with me Nate... or he'll get hurt."

My eyes watered as i looked at Matpat. there was too many people in this already, Matthias, Mat, Morgan, Mark (Wow that's a lot of M names) and most likely J-Fred. "Fine Dark, I give up. the bond will be released once you let Matpat go"

"Deathias let him go" he stated with a snap. Deathias did as he was told and let go. I whimpered softly and gave a soft sigh.

"Your turn Nate" he stated.

I gave a small sigh before stating realising that he had won this fight... i was broken "I release the bond from this Dark. My mind,body, and thoughts are released from his and he is now his own man. He is now free from the bond"

There was a faint glow to dark's body as he smirked. his bright teeth shown at me "you've made a mistake Nate... Besides that i never said Simon says"

I gulped looking at the now freed dark side. He would be able to survive without me. now that he was released he changed. He still looked like me but had dark circles, like he lacked sleep, surrounded his eyes.

"Let him go now d-dark" A timid but familiar voice said. I felt hands grasp my face and my neck tilt to the side. I could see Matthew Patrick rip the blindfold off his face and Dark hissed.

"you going to make me Mathis?"

"No but Mark and the rest of them can"

I had wide eyes as i felt his warm breath against my neck. "I can kill him any moment Mathis... who's going to stop me? Your hero has failed... he's lost, and the dark side has won"
