The last thing I remember was the force field going down.

As the emotions flood back I run the list in my head again:
My name is Peter Mellark. I am 17 years old. I was in the hunger games the Capitol took me. Katniss was taken prisoner.
I hope she's dead because dead is better than this...
They say that Katniss was part of a rebel plan I know she wasn't. When I say this they whip me, I know the torturing will start soon.
And then it does.
I can't remember much.
But I know that Katniss has done nothing wrong.
I am forced to be interviewed on live tv to all of Panem.
I feel like a coward when I am made ask for a seize fire but there was no other option and then I am dragged out.
