When someone who matters
Walks away from you
Don't just sit there
And gaze at the sky blue.
When someone whom you love
Fails to understand your actions
Hold them in your arms
Give them the explanations.
When someone whom you care about
Decides to leave for a while
Hold their hand and make them stay
Rather than just faking a smile.
When you are hurt enough
To let someone go
Make yourself stronger
And don't let life give you a blow.
When you decide to quit
And not to run anymore
Stand calm for sometime
And think about the sea-shore.
The shore never moves
Never does he leave his place
But the sea comes daily
To provide him solace.
Sometimes in life
You have to say more than others
Show more that you care
And make life sweet and not bitter.
I know it takes strength
To stand up again after falling
But it is not impossible to
Run after hearing your love calling.
I don't know if you understand
These words I try to say
But I promise to make efforts
Every night and every day.
