Chapter 40

-HAILEYS pov-
I was laying in bed, and I couldn't sleep, I kept thinking about the whole, Shawn/Cameron/Zack thing.
I decided to get up and take a walk on the beach.
"Hey where ya going?" Kylie asks looking up at me.
"Walk on the beach, bye" I said slamming the door behind me.
"Hey-" Cameron started but I walked past him right out the door.
I started walking on the beach until I ran into someone. Again. I really need to watch when I'm going.
"Oh my bad" they said helping me up.
"Oh it's fine-omg LUKE?"
"Oh so you know me?"
"I know you more than I know myself" I said about to cry.
"Awe don't cry" he said grabbing my hand and pulling me into a hug.
"Oooooommmmmyyyygooosshh" I said hugging him back.
He pulled back and stared into my eyes.
Oh crap.
"What are you doi-" I was cut off my his lips on mine.
This can't be happening.
But it is.
Wait what about Cameron. Should I pull away?
He kept deepening the kiss.
At this point I have no idea what to do.

-Cameron's pov-
DIDNT SEE THAT COMING^
I started to get worried. Hailey left about an hour ago.
"Hey Kylie where did Hailey go?" I asked walking into their room.
"Uh she said she went to go walk on the beach" Kylie said looking up from her phone.
"Well she's been gone for an hour, I'm gonna go look for her" I said making sure I had my phone in my pocket.
"Okay call me if you need anything" she said as I was walking out the door.
"Thanks!" I yelled back.
I headed to the beach and saw two figures standing on the sand.
One of them looked like Hailey, so I started walking towards them.
As I got closer, I realized it was hailey. But what was she doing?
OMG SHE WAS KISSING SOMEONE! No, more like making out with.
Is Shawn here?
I can't tell who it is.
"Hailey-?" I said as my heart dropped when she looked at me.
I didn't recognize the figure; it wasn't Shawn.
"Cameron I-"
"Save it Hailey. I thought we had something. I cared about you ever since I saw you. I love you by obviously you don't love me. I want to be with you but I don't want to be heartbroken all the time." I said with tears running down my face.
She looked like she was gonna cry.
"Bye Hailey-" I said while walking off.

So this wasn't actually what I was gonna write so that might happen later in the story because it's a little too early for all that drama but Haileys still gonna be mad at me so. 👋🏻
