"Hey Mr. Suarez, could I do the retake?" I ask. "Well Griffin I thought about it and I know you could do better so I've decided that I'll give you one more chance,"he said. Yes! I can do this! I know I can! "Thank you so so much Mr. Suarez! I won't let you down!"I say, happily. "Come by after school,"he tells me. Oh I'll be here.
"So? What happened?"asked John. "He said no,"I say, doing my best to look disappointed. "WHAT?! Why would he do that?"says Rachael. "I don't know. Maybe I'm just...KIDDING!" I say. "Griffin why would you lie to us that way?"asked Victor. "Oh cheer up Victor. Just some friendly banter,"I say. "Oh,"says Victor, relieved. We all went to the cafeteria together to get some snacks. "Oh! Griffin! Every Monday,we get together to talk about and get prepared for next year's summer camp. You could start going and then you'll be able to serve next year,"says Edith. "I don't know. I mean not everyone there is as kind as you are,"I say, remembering how rude some people were at the camp. "Well I mean it doesn't matter if they're rude. You'll be there to help all those people who are just like you,"said Cristian. "Alright,"I say,"I'll go."
I walked into Mr. Suarez's room and I saw the worst thing ever. "What are you doing here,Griffin,"she says. "I need to do a retake,"I say.
