---------------------------------------------

When they got out of the airport in Adelaide, they were greeted outside by Katharina, Tanya's sister, so that makes her Lois's auntie.

Katharina's husband, Nathan Russell, was there too with their two children named Trinity and Corey Russell.

"Trinity!!!" Lois squealed in joy as she dropped her back pack, ran up to her and hugged her.

"Oh!!! I missed you so much Lois! Finally, you and your family decided to settle here in Adelaide!" Trinity said in joy.

"Yeah Lois! I thought we'd never see you again after your last visit here three years ago!!!" Corey said to her as he patted her head.

"Okay! Let's go now." Nathan declared as soon as he finished loading their bags in the trunk of his car and they all went in the car and started to drove away.

**

As soon as they reached Katharina's house, they started unpacking their things in their own rooms. Lois's room was just next to Trinity's and Corey's which was a pretty good arrangement.

That Monday, Lois already started school. She really wanted to go to Laketon Academy where Trinity and Corey go to but her parents had already decided that she would go to Rostrevor College and she knew that it was unfair but she knew to herself that she can't really do anything about it because all of her life, her parents always decide for her.

In other words, she always gets no choice.

"First subject, English. Room E1." She read her timetable and then she looked around in search for her classroom. "Crap. I'm lost."

Just then, she felt a light tap on her shoulder, she turned around and saw a guy with gentle blue eyes. And she thought that he was very attractive. In fact, she nearly got lost in his blue eyes. She found him mysterious yet magical

"Are you lost?" He asked.

"Uh... Yeah. Sort of." She managed to reply. "Do you know where room E1 is?"

"Yeah. Actually, I'm about to go there. Follow me." He said as he smiled at her and so they walked together to the English block. As they were walking, they both found out that they were together in all of the classes.

"I'm Julian." The guy introduced. "What's your name?"

"I'm Lois." She replied.

After a few minutes later, they already reached the English block.

"And here we are." Julian said.

"Oh. Okay. Thanks Julian. I'm really sorry for the trouble that I've caused you." Lois said apologetically.

"Nah... It's okay Lois." he said while smiling admirably at her. "So, where are you from?"

"I'm from Perth."

"When did you move here?"

"Last Saturday."

"Do you like it here?"

"Well... I don't know. I haven't explored Adelaide yet."

"You know, you should. Say, how about we go out this weekend? I'll be your official tour guide here in Adelaide."

Lois laughed and said, "I don't know."

"Oh c'mon! It'll be fun!" Julian said.

"My parents are really strict about me, hanging out with people during weekends." she replied uneasily. It was also because of that, why she never really felt like she belonged in their group of friends.

"Then I'll convince them for you." He said while smiling playfully, his blue eyes brightening up.

"Really? You would do that?" she asked in surprise.

"Yeah. I don't want my new friend to miss on a lot of things." Then the siren went already and students started to arrive.

And deep inside, Lois thought that maybe moving to Adelaide wasn't so bad after all.

**

The school ended at 3.30 p.m.

"Lois!" Julian called out to her. She turned around and saw him running up to her.

"Going home already?" he asked.

"Uh... Yeah. I'm actually waiting for my mom. She's picking me up." Lois replied.

Suddenly, her phone rang. It was her mom.

"Darn it!" Lois cursed under her breath.

"What's wrong?" Julian asked.

"My mom couldn't pick me up today." she replied, with a hint of annoyance and disappointment on her face.

"I could walk you home." He said. "Well... If you want to."

"It's fine with me but how are you gonna get home?"

"I'll take the bus."

"Okay."

Then they both crossed the road and started walking home.

Though in a short period of time, they had already formed a strong bond....

A strong bond that could last forever.
