20 year old Nora went to the doctor one day for a normal check up. Her test came back great until she is told she has stage four cancer. She's is offered treatment that may or may not help, she refuses the treatment. She is told that without treatment she only has one year to live. She takes it has a challenge to do everything shes ever wanted. She packs up and moves to the one places shes always wanted, London. She moves there and gets her dream job as a photographer for a magazine. One day a model named Caspar Lee comes in for a photo shoot. She is taken by his looks and swept off her feet by his charm.
