All of us here
Have dealt with a sneer
In a bet to prove
Whose life is worseThis little game
That we all play
In which we've been fully
ImmersedMiles feels useless and unwanted
He's always filled with a constant dread
That he will never reach a happy end
He now walks by with a lowered headAmie used to be a basket case
Tears streaming down her crestfallen face
She now hides behind hilarious grace
But I know what's biding time underneathTimothy seems to have no heart at all
But some people make him feel so small
His knuckles bruised from a fight with a wall
That stoic face can't hide everythingLies come from the lips that I have kissed
Tales of no rest and sleepiness
Seth is looked over.. somehow he's missed
Though that doesn't change the ache in his chestI, Katrina, clench my fists
Looking at these depressed misfits
Truly, I am no different
In fact worse due to the slits on my wristsTears are falling
one by one
Who will crumble
Who will fallBroken is what
We all are
Pain on our hearts
Ripping open old scars
