Chapter Five

*Nick’s P.O.V*

“Joe? I did something really really stupid…” I said over the phone to my brother.

“What did you do Nick?” He asked.

“I…was fooling around with Miley and—“

“What?! Nick! Are you stupid?! Miley?! Really?!” Joe started yelling.

I sighed, “I know Joe…just please…come down here…Juliet left the house…she came over today packed some of her stuff and left…just please…you and Kevin…” I pleaded.

I heard Joe sigh…”Okay…we’ll be there in an hour..”

“I can’t believe you did that!” Joe said barging in my house.

“Hello to you to brother…nice to see you…” I said as he came walking in.

“Nick…would you mind explaining to me what Joe is blabbing about?” Kevin said as he sat down on the couch.

“Uhm…Miley—“ I started to say.

“Miley?!” Kevin said shocked, “You know she’s bad news Nick…”

“Right!?” Joe said as he sat down next to me.

“Oh come on you guys she not that ba—“ They have me the look…”Okay, she’s that bad…” I said giving in.

“Well what happened?” Kevin asked.

I told them about what happened yesterday and today.

“Damn dude…” Joe said “Why?”

“Yeah, Juliet’s a good girl…a great girl!” Kevin said.

“I know, I know…I messed up…big time…I canceled the shows that I was planning to do for the next week…because of this incident. I was planning on asking her to marry me on our four year anniversary.” I said burying my face in my hands.

“Hey…it’s okay man..” Joe said as he tapped my back…”Wait, did you say marry her?”

“Yeah…like what you guys said…she is a great girl…I’m not gonna let that go…” I said

“So…have you planned on how you’re going to get her back?” Kevin asked.

“Yeah..” I sighed. “ I wrote a song for her…”

*Juliet’s P.O.V.*

“Alex…what shall we do today?” I asked as I got out of the bathroom already changed into my clothes for the day.

“Well…I don’t know…what would you like to do…?” He said.

“Uhm….I don’t know…really…” I said laughing.

“Why don’t we go to dinner at this new restaurant that just opened yesterday? I heard it’s good.” Alex said.

“Hm, okay let’s go!” I said grabbing my bag.

“Sure…”He said as he followed me out the door.

So we went this new place and it was great! We had a fun time. It’s been about 3 weeks since I was living with Alex…he’s been so kind to me. I don’t think there’s any way I can thank him. I haven’t seen Nick since I last went to the apartments...I really miss him.
