(still on the same time as the end of chapter 1)
I rolled my eyes as we stepped on the warp pad, and Sapphire was holding Ruby in her hands, keeping the stupid thing "safe."
We soon entered Planet G, PG. The fanciest planet of all of them, it was all white, well, most of it, and no dark colors. Not even at night time.
There was a big tower in the center of the flat planet, since the planet is only ten miles, the tower is easy to spot. There are a million floors in the Great Tower, also the Battle Games are held under the tower, underground. Sapphire and I were three miles away. "I can't walk that far," I complained. I swung my boomerang at the small, three floored building next to it, and it hit the roof. I grabbed Sapphire's hand. "BBXO" I said, and we teleported right where the boomerang was.
"That was helpful," Sapphire said.
I looked at the fifty fifth floor. "Peridot is on that floor, most likely she is sleeping, getting ready to host the Battle Games tomorrow for Violane vs Wilulite. It's not something big, they aren't professionals," I said.
"Sounds cool, maybe we should see it," Sapphire said.
"You can, I still need to get ready for Bloodstone vs Jasper on Saturday," I said.
"It's three days away Emerald, you only need like, three hours to get ready!" Sapphire said.
"I know, but this is a HUGE game! If Jasper or Bloodstone wins, they are the undefeated gems in Battle Games! THAT IS PRETTY HUGE SAPPHIRE!" I cried. "Plus it's a 80% chance we will be on TV, so I need to look like Bloodstone, I need to dye my hair red, and draw a gem on my left shoulder. You don't understand how important this is to me!"
"Yes, I know Emerald. You want to be a Battler in the Battle Games too. And it's inspired you for 3,000 years. Too bad you have to be 6,000 to join!" Sapphire said, rubbing her pointer finger down her cheek under her eye.
"Shut up," I said, looking at the floor Peridot was on.
"I didn't say anything," Sapphire argued.
"SHH!" I pushed Sapphire down, so we were lying down on the roof. We both peeked under the roof. There, under us, was Bloodstone and Zultanite.
"You said you saw the fusion here?" Bloodstone asked.
"Yes! She knocked Agate out and then they came here!" Zultanite cried.
"Arg! Stupid Zultanite, ruining everything! Stupid waste of time, she's a worry rat!" I snapped.
"Emerald! Calm down!" Sapphire cried.
"We'll find her- them. What fusion do you think it was?" Bloodstone asked.
"I don't know, but the color of the fusion was a really, really, really, really, really, light blue. Kinda like a white blue," Zultanite cried.
"OK, thank you for reporting this Zultanite," Bloodstone said, and Zultanite rushed off, into the tower. Bloodstone turned around. "Worry rat," she whispered. "But yet, I saw that fusion, BM Quartz. I gotta find these two. I forgot how to find out what gems made the fusion," then Bloodstone teleported away.
"She can teleport?!" Sapphire cried.
"Yeah, guess you're not allowed to do that in Battle Games. I didn't know she could do that!"
"OK, but where is she?" Sapphire asked.
"I don't know, lets just get into the tower and prank Peridot and get the hell home!" I cried.
"Use your boomerang and lets teleport up there," Sapphire insisted.
"No, I might break a window," I said. "We might just have to walk in, no, we need passes. Lets just fuse again and climb the tower, then open a window and get inside."
