I couldn't walk my Planet M, PM, aka, my home planet, alone because of what I have done. Bloodstone was still deciding on what my punishment will be, it can't be worse than death, and Bloodstone said she'll announce her punishment for me on Friday, I'm just hoping it's nothing horrible.
Anyway, Agate and Achroite brought me home, they didn't talk to me. Hey, who'd want to talk to someone who nearly killed one of the most famous people in the world? They brought me home and left, as soon as they came, and started guarding there planets again.
I feel like a total waste, I can't see any gem until 12:00 am today, which most likely I'll be asleep by then. Sapphire is cross with me, and I wonder what Lapiz thinks of me, I hope she doesn't hate me for what I've done.
She's been in my mind for a while now, I can't stop thinking about her beautiful blue hair and skin. Maybe some TV will take my mind off of her. I clicked the 'on' button on the remote, and watched the news.
The reporter, Pearl, was PM's news reporter. Anything exiting that happened went to Pearl. Pearl's nice, I met her in person once when Sapphire and I were going to the park, the park was on fire. Pearl was talking about how it happened and stuff, when she stopped we talked to her and crap. She's so organized with her words and belongings. We went to her house after the whole park thing, it was really organized! That was also the day I learned about Rose Quartz. I never heard of her, and Pearl gave me a half dancing half paragraph of who and what Rose is. I wanted to see Rose ever since then.
"Last night, at PG, a fusion was climbing the famous tower in all of our planets. Thanks to Bloodstone, she stopped the fusion and made everyone in PG safe. The fusion was at first, Emerald and Sapphire, but then another joined, Ruby. The fusion was difficult to fight, but Bloodstone did it! Bloodstone will be coming tomorrow HERE! On planet PG to say what her punishment is for Emerald, who was accused of force fusing. Though, it has been said that it wasn't actually a force fusion, it was just the power of fusions that made Emerald go wild! Stay tuned for Planet K's news!" Pearl said, and then the weather showed up.
I nearly dropped the remote, how come that's what I see as soon as I turn the news on? Then I remembered, Lapiz's job is at PK, maybe I'll see something about her! <3
I ate food during the weather channel, Friday night there will be a terrible storm with lots of rain and flood warnings.
"Hello, this is Onyx on PK's news! This morning, at 12:11 pm, something horrible happened at PK's hospital. An unknown gem, broke into the hospital and kidnapped Lapiz Lazily!"
As soon as Onyx finished her sentence, I was out the door. I ran to the warp pad, I didn't care if I was breaking to rules for me not to leave my house until twelve next morning, I needed to save Lapiz.
I stepped on the warp pad and teleported to PK, I rushed to the hospital and threw my boomerang down the hallway. "BBXO!" I screamed, and teleported in front of the main desk. But nobody was there, I realized that nobody was in this entire building, they must have all evacuated when the gem stole Lapiz. I took the time to take aware of my surroundings, there were holes in the walls and floors, some lights were dark or falling off, and some room doors were ripped off their hinges.
This was crazy, why so much fuss? I slowly walked towards the exit, when I found three dead gems lying on the ground lying next to each other, Amethyst, Petschite, and Peridot. I gently picked them up and exited the hospital. "I'll be back Lapiz," I said, then left.
I looked at the time, 12:30 am. This meant I could go back to my normal life, only this time, I might actually go to jail.
I hoped out of bed and called Sapphire. After a few rings she picked up. "Sapphire? I need your help!"
"What? Why so late?" Sapphire asked.
"Lapiz got kidnapped today at the hospital! I can't go back alone, can you come with me? Maybe we can fuse into BM Quartz?" I asked.
There was a long pause.
"Sapphire?"
"No, I can't I never wanna fuse with you again!" then she hung up.
My heart broke. How could see? Whatever, I don't need BM Quartz or Sapphire to help me find Lapiz. I rolled my eyes and put on a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants. I walked out of my house, but bumped into Agate, the hissed at me and picked me up by my throat. "Where you going little Emerald?" Agate snapped.
"To- warp pad," I said, trying to breath.
"What? Do you really think I'm going to let you go to the warp pad after what you've done? NO WAY! Emerald, I'd say right now you're the most hated gem in the entire universe!" Agate snapped, dropping me.
I fell on the ground, landing on my stomach. I didn't want to move. Was she right? Am I really the most hated gem in this universe?
I stood up, and looked into Agate's eyes, how badly I wanted to kill her. But I knew I couldn't. "Now go back to your home, before I report you!" Agage snapped, kicking me to a brick wall.
I fell on the ground in pain, again. "AGATE! IF YOU HAD TO FIGHT IN THE BATTLE GAMES YOU'D DIE BEFORE ANYONE COULD EVEN BLINK!" I snapped, brushing myself off.
I heard Agate chuckle. "I can't wait for you to hear what Bloodstone has up her sleeve for you Emerald," then she walked away.
Did Agate know what my punishment was? I did know that Agate and Bloodstone are good friends, but why tell her and not everyone else? I lifted myself up and walked back home, where I looked at the gems, the ones I found at the hospital. I was hoping that they would re-generate soon.
But Peridot? Why was she at the hospital? I dont know petschite or amythest, but Peridot was the one that supirsed me the most. I laied them on my bed, and looked out the window. "I'll wait 'til tomoarrow to save Lapiz, I don't want Agate killing me" I said.
I heard a loud noise, Peridot came back. She looked like a space dorito.
"Hey Peridot," I groaned, remebering that she hates me.
"W-WHAT?! WHAT HAPPENED!" Peridot snapped.
"Uh, you were killed by an unknown gem!" I snapped back.
"Listen Emerald, I know what happened to me, I just don't understand it!" Peridot said.
"Oh, here! A bad gem killed you and you puffed away, along with anythest and petschite!" I said.
Peridot stood up from the bed. "No, I mean. The gem, it didn't make sense, I thought I was good enough," Peridot said, teary eyed.
"What? Good enough for what?" I asked.
"ARG! YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING DO YOU?! I'm Japer's helper for Battle Games, and she broke into the hospital for new helpers! She stole Lapiz and now she's taking my place!" Peridot snapped.
"Wait, but why didn't Jasper just ask? She'd have nearly 1,000 gems begging to join her within seconds!" I cried.
"I- Jasper wanted Lapiz becuase she likes her, and Lapiz said 'no' because she doesn't like the Battle Games. She doesn't like watching gems die," Peridot said.
"Wait. She LIKES her?!" I snapped.
"Yes, I know. Suprising right? A giant gem falling for a little gem? I wonder what they're doing right now," Peridot said, rolling her eyes.
"Well, Agate said if I left my house again she'd kill me," I moaned.
"That's not good. Shall we save her during the day?" Peridot asked.
"Sure. Why not?" I said.
"Truth?"
"Truth."
